Installation Instructions

- Step 1: Locate Mounting Points: Identify the strongest points on your vehicle's rear wall or door where the brackets (F) will be attached. Ensure these points can support the load.
- Step 2: Assemble Frame: Connect the main frame components (B, C, D) using the provided screws and nuts (e.g., N, P, X).
- Step 3: Attach Bike Holders: Mount the bike holders (E) onto the frame, securing them with components like J and K.
- Step 4: Secure Frame to Vehicle: Attach the assembled frame to the vehicle's designated mounting points using screws (W) and nuts (Q, Y). Ensure the vehicle wall/door is sufficiently solid.
- Step 5: Attach Bike Support Arms: Mount the bike support arms (T) to the frame using screws (Y, Q). This step may involve drilling, with recommended drill bit sizes like Ø 6.2 mm or Ø 6.5 mm.
- Step 6: Secure Bikes: Place bicycles onto the support arms and secure them using the provided straps and holders (U). Ensure bikes are evenly distributed, with heavier bikes closer to the vehicle wall for stability.
- Step 7: Final Adjustments: Make final adjustments to the bike holders (E) and straps. Ensure all fasteners are tightened appropriately, leaving a small gap (approx. 2mm) where specified (e.g., between fork and tube).
Refer to pages 5-8 for detailed visual guidance on each installation step.
