Important Safety Instructions

⚠️ WARNING

Usage Restrictions

• Do not use the appliance to vacuum flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, and do not use it in areas where flammable or combustible liquids may be present.
• Do not vacuum sharp objects, such as glass or nails, or hot ashes.
• Do not vacuum fine dust, such as plaster, cement, flour, or soot. Do not use the appliance to vacuum dust from construction sites.
• Do not vacuum liquids without first removing the roller brush.
• Do not use the appliance without the filter installed.
• Do not use the appliance without the clean water tank and used water tank properly installed.
• Do not immerse the main unit in water.
• Only use cleaning solutions approved by Dreame.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and body parts away from the brush roller and suction inlet.
• Do not operate the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged.
• Do not use the appliance if it is not working properly, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water.

Maintenance and Storage

• Always turn off the appliance before maintenance. Do not touch the power switch.
• Replace parts if needed. The parts must be replaced by those available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
• If the appliance is not used for an extended period, fully charge it, unplug the power plug, and store the appliance in a cool, low-humidity environment away from direct sunlight. To avoid over-discharge of the battery, charge the appliance at least once every three months.

Battery and Charging

• Only use the original charger and charging base.
• Do not expose the battery to high temperatures or fire.
• Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, or incinerate the battery.
• If the battery leaks, avoid contact with skin or eyes. If the battery leaks, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
• If the battery is damaged or used improperly, it may emit vapor.
• Ensure the charging contacts are clean and dry before charging.
• Do not charge the appliance in temperatures below 0°C (32°F) or above 40°C (104°F).
• The battery pack is a consumable part and may need replacement over time.

Product Diagram

The main unit consists of a body containing the motor and dust/water tanks, a handle for operation, an extension rod, and a floor brush head with a roller brush. The charging base is also included for storage and charging.

Display Screen Indicators

• Modes: Smart Mode, Turbo Mode, Suction Mode, Custom Mode, Self-Cleaning Mode, Drying Mode, Standard Mode (Vacuum), Turbo Mode (Vacuum).
• Indicators: Charging Indicator, Wi-Fi Indicator, Insufficient water in the clean water tank, Used water tank is full, Roller brush stuck, Blocked tube, Brush roller and tube are dirty, Dust Concentration Indicator / Self-Cleaning & Drying Progress Indicator.

Installation & Charging

1. Insert the end of the handle vertically into the port on the top of the appliance until it clicks. To disassemble, insert a suitable tool into the hole to press the latch and pull the handle upwards firmly.
2. Insert the storage rod vertically into the storage base to assemble the accessory storage mount. To disassemble, press the latch at the bottom and pull out the storage rod.
3. Place the charging base on level ground and connect it to a power source. Attach the accessory storage mount to either slot on both sides at the bottom of the charging base.
4. Place the appliance on the charging base. Charging is complete when the screen reaches 100%.
5. Insert the extension rod. Insert the motor handle into the extension rod. Store vacuum attachments on the accessory storage mount as shown.

Note: Fully charge the appliance before first use.

Connecting with Dreamehome App

1. Scan the QR code on the appliance, or search "Dreamehome" in the app store to download and install the app.
2. Press the power switch briefly to power on.
3. Press and hold the voice prompt/Wi-Fi button located on the back of the appliance to set up Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi indicator pulses in white, and voice prompt says, "Waiting for the network configuration".
4. Open the Dreamehome app and scan the same QR code on the appliance again to add the device. Follow the prompts to finish the Wi-Fi connection.

Note: Press and hold the voice prompt/Wi-Fi button and the self-cleaning button for 3 seconds to restore factory settings.

How to Use

1. Pull up the clean water tank handle to remove the tank.
2. Open the tank cover and fill the tank with clean water.
3. Open the side cover of the cleaning solution box, fill the box with cleaning solution, and close the cover tightly. Refill when the float reaches the bottom.
4. Reinstall the cleaning solution box and clean water tank until they click.
5. Briefly press the power button to power on/off. Gently step on the floor brush and tilt the appliance back to start cleaning.
6. The appliance can lie flat at a 180-degree angle for easy cleaning under furniture.
7. Briefly press the button to switch between modes as needed.
8. Briefly press the auto distribute switch to enable or disable the cleaning solution ratio function (enabled by default). The appliance will automatically adjust the cleaning solution ratio based on app settings and detected dirt levels.

Note:

• Use clean water or Dreame-approved cleaning solution.
• Do not use hot water above 60°C (140°F).
• Do not use cleaning solutions containing bleach or abrasive particles.
• If the cleaning solution is not distributed, check if the auto distribute switch is enabled and if there is enough cleaning solution.
• Ensure the clean water tank is properly installed before use.

Self-Cleaning with Hot Water & Drying Mode

1. Place the appliance back onto the base and ensure the clean water tank has sufficient water for self-cleaning.
2. Briefly press the self-cleaning button to activate the default Auto-Adjust Immersive Self-Cleaning with Hot Water. For more self-cleaning modes or to adjust drying settings, go to the Dreamehome App settings.
3. After self-cleaning is complete, the appliance automatically enters drying mode. Empty the used water tank promptly.

Note:

• Ensure the clean water tank is filled with clean water before starting self-cleaning.
• The drying mode helps prevent odors and bacterial growth.
• Empty the used water tank after each cleaning cycle.

Using the Vacuum

The H15 Mix can also be used as a dry vacuum with various attachments.

Vacuum Attachments

• Flexible Combination Tool: Suitable for cleaning narrow gaps around doors, windows, curtains, corners, and stairs, and under car seats, as well as dust on sofas, tables, and keyboards. Pull out the brush nozzle to extend the flexible combination tool. Press and push the latch inward to retract it.
• Motorized Mini-Brush: Suitable for cleaning dust, hair, and mites from mattresses, knitted sofas, and blankets. Not recommended for delicate surfaces prone to snagging or scratching (e.g., silk).
• Multi-Surface Brush: Suitable for cleaning low-pile carpets, as well as tiles and hard floors. When cleaning large debris, switch the large debris selector to [large debris selector]. When cleaning dust, turn it off to enhance suction power.

Note: It is not recommended to use the motorized mini-brush with the extension rod.

Care & Maintenance

Tips:

• Turn off the appliance before maintenance. Do not touch the power switch.

• If the appliance is not used for an extended period, fully charge it, unplug the power plug, and store the appliance in a cool, low-humidity environment away from direct sunlight. To avoid over-discharge of the battery, charge the appliance at least once every three months.

1. Pour out the dirty water. Remove the filter and gently tap it to shake off any loose dust. Rinse the filter, tank cover, and tank with clean water. Allow them to fully dry before reinstalling.
2. Gently wipe the tube and the dirt sensor with a wet cloth before use. Insert the used water tank into the bottom of the main body and tilt it towards the main body.
3. After removing the clean water tank, use a coin to turn the locking knobs on the roller brush cover and detach the cover. Pull up the roller brush handle to remove the roller brush.
4. Wipe the suction inlet with a dry cloth or wet tissue. Do not rinse the floor brush with water.
5. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove hair or debris tangled around the roller brush. Rinse the roller brush with clean water and allow it to fully dry before reinstalling.
6. Flip the roller brush cover, pull out the lifting robotic arm, and push the scraper to the left to remove it. Rinse the scraper with clean water. Once fully dry, align it with the slot and push it to the right to reinstall.
7. Insert the roller brush back into place. Align the roller brush cover with the floor brush and turn the locking knobs to secure it. Align the clean water tank with the roller brush cover and press it down until it clicks.
8. This product uses a removable lithium battery pack, which is a consumable part. If the battery life significantly decreases even after proper charging, replace it as needed. To do so, press and hold the release buttons on both sides of the battery pack and slide it out, then insert a new battery pack.
9. Press the dust cup release button to remove the dust cup. Pull the pre-filter upwards, rotate the cyclone system clockwise, lift it out. Empty the dust.
10. Rinse the pre-filter, cyclone system, and dust cup with clean water. Allow them to dry for at least 24 hours to ensure thorough drying before reinstalling.
11. Press the motor release button downward to remove the motor. Pull the vacuum filter out of the motor in the direction shown.
12. Gently tap the vacuum filter to remove dust and debris from the gaps. Rinse the vacuum filter with clean water, rotating it 360° while cleaning. Allow it to dry completely for at least 24 hours.
13. Rotate the latch counterclockwise to the stop position to remove the roller brush from the slot. Wipe off the dust from the slot and transparent cover with a dry cloth or tissue. Use scissors to cut off any hairs and fibers tangled on the roller brush.
14. To replace the roller brush, open the side cover of the roller brush, replace it with a new one, and press the side cover back in place.
15. Use a coin as illustrated to rotate the latch counterclockwise to remove the roller brush from the motorized mini-brush.
16. Rinse and clean the roller brush. Stand it upright to dry for at least 24 hours.

Note:

• Clean the dust cup, pre-filter, and cyclone system regularly.
• Rinse the roller brush and allow it to dry completely before reinstalling.
• Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling the appliance.
• Do not wash the main unit with water.
• Clean the dirt sensor regularly for accurate dirt detection.

Battery Disposal and Removal

This product contains a lithium-ion battery pack. For environmental protection, please dispose of the battery properly according to local regulations. Do not dispose of the battery with household waste.

Removal Guide

• Turn off the appliance.
• Locate the battery release buttons on the bottom of the motor handle.
• Press and hold both release buttons simultaneously and slide the battery pack out.
• Insert a new battery pack until it clicks into place.

CAUTION:

• Do not attempt to replace the battery if you are not trained.
• Ensure the appliance is turned off before removing or installing the battery.
• Handle the battery pack with care. Do not puncture or short-circuit the battery.
• If the battery pack is damaged or swollen, stop using it immediately and contact customer support.

Warranty

Dreame provides a limited warranty for this product. Please refer to the warranty card included with your purchase for specific terms and conditions. The warranty typically covers manufacturing defects for a specified period. It may not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
