Important Safety Instructions
Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference. When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be taken, including the following: READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING (THIS APPLIANCE). These warning messages and instructions must be followed to avoid risks of electric shock, fire, and potential injury.

Restrictions of Use
- This appliance must not be used by children under 8 years of age and persons with physical, sensory, or intellectual disabilities, or limited knowledge or experience, without the supervision of a parent or guardian to ensure safe operation and avoid risks. Cleaning and maintenance operations must not be performed by children without supervision.
- Plastic film can be dangerous. To avoid any risk of suffocation, keep it away from children. Children should not play with the appliance.
- Use the appliance indoors only, on non-carpeted floor surfaces such as vinyl, tile, sealed wood, etc. Be careful not to roll over unsecured objects or carpet edges. Blocking the brush may lead to premature belt failure.
- Use only what is described in this user guide. Use only accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not expose the appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or excessive temperature may cause an explosion.
- Do not use the appliance in extremely hot or cold environments (below 5 °C/41 °F or above 40 °C/104 °F). Please charge the appliance at a temperature above 5 °C/41 °F and below 40 °C/104 °F.
- Do not immerse the appliance in liquid.
Important Safety Instructions
- Do not use the appliance to vacuum combustible or flammable liquids, such as gasoline. Do not use the appliance in areas where flammable or combustible liquids may be present.
- Do not insert any objects into the openings. Do not use the appliance when an opening is blocked. Do not let dust, lint, hair, or other items obstruct airflow.
- Do not pick up toxic products (bleach, ammonia, drain cleaner, etc.). Do not pick up hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, screws, coins, etc.
- Do not use the appliance in an enclosed space filled with oil-based paint vapors, paint thinner, certain mothproofing substances, flammable dust, or other explosive or toxic vapors. Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
- Do not use the appliance if the filters are not in place.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts of the appliance and its accessories.
- Keep grounding cables away from the appliance when using it. Danger may occur if the appliance runs over a power cord.
- Be very careful when cleaning stairs.
Maintenance and Storage
- Prevent accidental startup. Ensure the switch is in the off position before lifting or transporting the appliance. Carrying the appliance with your finger on the switch or turning on the appliance may cause an accident.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a horizontal surface. Do not use the appliance in the same position if it is equipped with a rotating brush and the handle is not completely vertical. Do not store the appliance in a place where it may freeze.
- Turn off and unplug the appliance when not in use, before cleaning, maintenance, or repair, and before connecting or disconnecting it with a moving brush.
- Do not use a damaged or modified appliance. A damaged or modified appliance may behave unpredictably and cause fire, explosion, or injury.
- Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance except as indicated in the operating and maintenance instructions.
- Do not use the appliance with a damaged accessory (e.g., charging dock, power cord, etc.). If the appliance or accessory has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, fallen into water, or does not function as it should, never attempt to operate it. Please have it repaired at an authorized service center.
- Entrust maintenance to a qualified repairer who will only use identical spare parts. This ensures the safety of the appliance.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person to avoid hazards.
Battery and Charging
- To charge the appliance, use only the charging dock supplied with this appliance. Use only the HCBAO charging dock.
- Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the appliance outside the specified temperature range for the battery, as this increases the risk of fire.
- The charging dock is equipped with a drying function and is only suitable for drying the brush of this appliance.
- Keep the charging dock cable away from heated surfaces. Do not handle the charging dock plug or the appliance with wet hands. To unplug, grasp the charging dock plug rather than the cable.
- Do not pull or carry the charging dock by the cable, do not use the cable as a handle, do not close a door on the cable, and do not pull the cable around sharp edges or corners.
- Do not use non-rechargeable batteries. Otherwise, the lithium-ion battery may catch fire. This appliance contains batteries that can only be replaced by qualified technicians or after-sales service personnel.
- The lithium-ion battery contains environmentally hazardous substances. Before disposing of the appliance, please remove the battery first, then dispose of it or recycle it in accordance with the local laws and regulations of the country or region where it is used.
- The appliance must be disconnected from the power source when removing the battery. Keep batteries out of the reach of children. Never put batteries in your mouth. If swallowed, contact your doctor or local poison control center.
- In case of adverse conditions, never touch the battery from which liquid may be ejected. In case of accidental contact, rinse with water. If the liquid comes into contact with the eyes, seek immediate medical attention. Battery ejected liquid can cause irritation or burns.
- The charging dock can charge a 6-cell 5000 mAh battery. The charging dock must not be used to charge a non-rechargeable battery. Otherwise, the lithium-ion battery may catch fire.
- The charging dock is marked with an icon indicating "Caution: hot surface". Do not touch the roller brush, hot water, or the heating module of the charging dock during the hot water automatic cleaning.

Modes
- Intelligent Mode: The appliance will detect the dirt level and intelligently adjust suction power and water flow accordingly.
- Turbo Mode: Maximum suction power and increased water flow for stubborn stains on hard floors.
- Suction Mode: Vacuums a large amount of water from the floor.
- Custom Mode: Suction power, water volume, etc., can be adjusted in the app. The main body will start operating according to the app settings.

Installation and Charging
Charge the appliance fully before the first use.
Installation Steps
- Insert the end of the handle vertically into the port on top of the appliance until it clicks. To detach, insert a suitable tool into the hole as shown to press the latch and pull the handle firmly upwards.
- Insert the storage rod vertically into the storage stand to form the accessory storage stand. To detach, press the latch underneath and pull to remove the storage rod.
- Place the charging dock against a wall on a flat floor and plug it into a power source. Attach the accessory storage stand to one of the two slots located on the sides and underneath the charging dock.
- Place the appliance on the charging dock. When the screen reaches 100%, charging is complete.
- Insert the extension tube into the multi-surface brush. Insert the motor handle into the extension tube. Store the vacuum cleaner parts on the accessory storage stand as shown.
Notes:
- The appliance will enter standby mode if left unused for 10 minutes after being fully charged.
- After prolonged use, the battery cools down before charging to extend its lifespan.
- Do not leave the motor or battery on the accessory storage stand for a long period to avoid falls and damage.
Connecting to the Dreamehome App
- Scan the QR code on the appliance or search for "Dreamehome" in the App Store to download and install the application.
- Briefly press the power switch to turn on the appliance.
- Press and hold the Voice control/Wi-Fi button on the back of the appliance to configure the Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi indicator will blink white, and the voice prompt will announce "Waiting for network configuration".
- Open the Dreamehome app and scan the same QR code on the appliance again to add the device. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the Wi-Fi connection.
Factory Reset: Hold the Voice control/Wi-Fi button and the Auto-cleaning button for 3 seconds to restore factory settings.
Notes:
- Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks are recognized.
- The app software is subject to updates, so actual operations may differ from the instructions in this manual. Please follow the instructions according to the current app version.
- The appliance will disconnect from the network if not used for 10 minutes or if the network connection fails. To reset Wi-Fi, repeat the above steps and complete the connection following the instructions in the app.
- Once Wi-Fi configuration is complete, press and hold the Voice control/Wi-Fi button to disable the network connection. Press and hold it again to reconnect to Wi-Fi.
User Guide
Steps for preparing the vacuum:
- Pull the clean water tank handle to remove the tank.
- Open the tank lid and fill the tank with clean water.
- Open the lid of the cleaning solution box, fill it with cleaning solution, and close the lid tightly. Refill when the float reaches the bottom.
- Reinstall the cleaning solution box and the clean water tank until you hear a click.
- Briefly press the button to turn on/off. Gently step on the floor brush and tilt the appliance backward to start cleaning.
- The appliance can lie flat at a 180-degree angle, allowing for easy cleaning under low furniture.
- Briefly press the button to switch between modes as needed.
- Briefly press the automatic dispensing switch to activate or deactivate the cleaning solution dispensing function (activated by default). The appliance will automatically adjust the cleaning solution dispensing based on app settings and detected dirt level.
Notes:
- Do not vacuum foamy liquids.
- Ensure the floor brush remains firmly against the floor during use.
- The appliance operates in an upright position.
- The appliance is suitable for cleaning floors, marble, tiles, and other hard surfaces.
- Do not lift or move the appliance while it is operating to prevent dirty water from flowing into the motor.
- Do not add any liquid other than officially approved cleaner. The cleaner is available from the official online store. Refer to the cleaning solution label for specific usage instructions.
Hot Water Auto Cleaning and Drying Mode
- Place the appliance on the base and ensure there is enough water in the clean water tank for automatic cleaning.
- During the first startup, briefly press the auto-cleaning button to activate immersive hot water auto-cleaning, which automatically sets by default. For other auto-cleaning modes or to set drying modes, access the settings in the Dreamehome app.
- Once automatic cleaning is complete, the appliance automatically switches to drying mode. Quickly empty the dirty water tank.
Briefly press this button once the configuration in the app is done. Switch between deep immersive and standard hot water auto-cleaning modes with voice prompts. Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter independent drying mode. In drying mode, briefly press to exit drying mode.
Notes:
- Automatic cleaning can only be activated when the appliance is charging and the battery level is above 20%.
- Do not touch the roller brush, hot water, or the heating module of the charging dock during hot water automatic cleaning.

Assembly and Operation Steps
- Press the motor unlock button to remove it. Install the motor into the motor handle.
- Press the unlock buttons on both sides of the battery and hold them to remove the battery. Insert the battery into the motor handle with the unlock buttons facing downwards.
- Briefly press the power button to start cleaning. Briefly press the mode button to switch from Standard to Turbo mode as needed.

Attachments
- Flexible Tool: Suitable for cleaning tight spaces around doors, windows, curtains, corners, stairs, and car seats, and for dusting sofas, tables, and keyboards. Remove the brush head to extend the flexible tool. Press and push the latch to retract it.
- Motorized Mini Brush: Suitable for cleaning dust, hair, fur, and mites on mattresses, knitted sofas, and blankets. Not recommended for delicate surfaces that may snag or scratch (e.g., silk).
- Multi-Surface Brush: Suitable for cleaning low-pile carpets and rugs, as well as tiles and hard floors.
To clean large debris, switch the large debris switch to . To clean dust, turn it off by switching to to increase suction power.
Note: It is not recommended to use the motorized mini brush with the extension tube.
Maintenance and Care
Tips:
- Turn off the appliance before maintenance. Do not touch the power switch.
- Replace parts if necessary. Parts must be replaced with those available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
- If the appliance is not used for a long period, charge it fully, unplug the power cord, and store the appliance in a cool, low-humidity place away from sunlight. To prevent excessive battery discharge, recharge the appliance at least once every 3 months.
Cleaning Steps:
- Empty the dirty water. Remove the filter and gently tap it to remove all dust. Rinse the filter, tank lid, and tank with clean water. Let them dry completely before reinstalling.
- Gently wipe the tube and dirt sensor with a damp cloth before use. Insert the dirty water tank into the lower part of the main body and tilt it towards the main body.
- After removing the clean water tank, use a coin to turn the roller brush cover's locking buttons and remove the cover. Pull the roller brush handle upwards to remove it.
- Wipe the suction port with a dry or damp cloth. Do not rinse the floor brush with water.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to remove hair, fur, or debris tangled in the roller brush. Rinse the roller brush with clean water and let it dry completely before reinstalling.
- Turn the roller brush cover over, remove the lifting robotic arm, and push the squeegee to the left to remove it. Rinse the squeegee with clean water. Once completely dry, align it with the slot and push it to the right to reinstall.
- Insert the roller brush into place. Align the roller brush cover with the floor brush and turn the locking buttons to secure it. Align the clean water tank with the roller brush cover and press it until it clicks.
- This product uses a removable lithium battery, which is a consumable part. If the battery life significantly decreases, even after a full charge, replace it if necessary. To do so, press the unlock buttons on both sides of the battery and hold them to remove the battery, then insert a new battery.
Notes:
- It is recommended to replace the filter every 3 to 6 months.
- Clean as needed. It is recommended to replace the roller brush every 3 to 6 months.
- Do not rinse the tube or dirt sensor.
- Press the dust compartment unlock button and remove it. First, pull the pre-filter, then rotate the cyclone system clockwise to lift it. Empty the dust.
- Rinse the pre-filter, cyclone system, and dust compartment with clean water. Let them dry for at least 24 hours to ensure complete drying before reinstalling.
- Press the motor unlock button downwards to remove the motor. Remove the vacuum filter from the motor in the indicated direction.
- Gently tap the vacuum filter to remove dust and debris from the gaps. Rinse the vacuum filter with clean water by rotating it 360° during cleaning. After washing, let it air dry for at least 24 hours.
- Turn the latch counterclockwise to the stop position to remove the roller brush from the slot. Dust the slot and transparent cover with a dry cloth or paper towel. Use scissors to cut any hair, fur, or fibers remaining tangled on the roller brush.
- To replace the roller brush, open the side cover of the roller brush, replace it with a new one, and press the side cover to put it back in place.
- Use a coin as illustrated to turn the latch counterclockwise to remove the roller brush from the motorized mini brush.
- Rinse and clean the roller brush. Place it vertically to dry for at least 24 hours.
Notes:
- Clean the dust compartment if necessary.
- It is recommended to clean the cyclone system and pre-filter every 3 to 4 months.
- It is recommended to replace the filter every 3 to 6 months.
- Clean with water only, do not add any cleaning solution.
- Do not use brushes or fingers to clean the filter.
Troubleshooting
If the appliance does not function correctly, the screen will display an error message. Please refer to the following table for troubleshooting. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Battery Removal and Disposal
The integrated lithium-ion battery contains environmentally hazardous substances. Before disposing of the battery, ensure it is removed by a qualified technician and deposited at an appropriate recycling center.
- The battery must be removed from the appliance before disposal;
- The appliance must be disconnected from the electrical network during battery removal;
- The battery must be disposed of safely.
Removal Guide
- Remove the screwed cap at the top rear of the appliance and remove the screw using a screwdriver.
- Use a suitable tool to remove the screen and disconnect the cables.
- Use a screwdriver to remove all case fixing screws.
- Remove the screws from the battery assembly, then remove the battery cover.
- Disconnect the battery connection cables and remove the battery from the battery assembly.
ATTENTION:
- Before removing the battery, unplug the appliance and discharge the battery as much as possible.
- Unused batteries must be disposed of at an appropriate recycling center.
- To avoid explosion risks, do not expose the battery to a high-temperature environment.
- In case of mishandling, liquid may leak from the battery. In case of contact, rinse with water and consult a doctor.
Warranty
- Dreame is responsible to the consumer for any non-conformity of material or workmanship not detectable at the time of purchase.
- Warranty Period: Please contact the after-sales service office for more information. If the territory where the customer is located is subject to different regulations, local regulations prevail.
- The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- a) Problems due to negligence, use, or installation not in accordance with the instructions provided by Dreame.
- b) Alteration and/or modification of the product by entities or persons not expressly authorized by Dreame.
- c) Damages due to accidental causes and/or negligence on the part of the consumer, particularly concerning external parts.
- d) Wear parts that do not present a manufacturing defect.
