Usage Restrictions

- Prevent unintentional starting: ensure the switch is OFF before picking up or carrying.
- Ensure the appliance is on a horizontal surface. Do not use if the brush roller is engaged and the handle is not upright. Do not store where it may freeze.
- Always unplug the power cord and ensure the appliance is OFF before cleaning/maintenance.
- Do not operate without all accessories properly installed.

Battery and Charging
- Use only the provided charging base (HCBBD).
- Follow all charging instructions. Do not charge outside the specified temperature range to avoid fire risk.
- The charging base has a drying function for the brush.
- Keep the charging base cable away from heated surfaces. Do not handle the plug or appliance with wet hands. Grasp the plug, not the cable, to unplug.
- Do not pull or carry the charging base by the cable. Do not close doors on the cable or pull it around sharp edges.
- Keep batteries out of reach of children. Never put batteries in your mouth. Contact a physician if swallowed.
- Do not improperly dispose of old batteries. Use an appropriate recycling facility.
- The charging base charges the 6-cell 5000 mAh battery pack. Do not use for non-rechargeable batteries to prevent fire risk.
- The charging base is marked with a ⚠️ icon. Do not touch the roller brush, hot water, or heating module during self-cleaning.

Installation & Charging
Fully charge the appliance before first use.
- Insert the handle vertically into the top port until it clicks. To disassemble, use a tool to press the latch and pull the handle up.
- Place the charging base against a wall on level ground and connect it to a power source.
- Place the appliance on the charging base. Charging is complete when the screen reaches 100%.
Note: The appliance enters sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. The battery cools down before recharging after prolonged use to extend battery life.
Connecting with Dreamehome App
- Scan the QR code on the appliance or search "Dreamehome" in the app store to download and install the app.
- Press the power switch briefly to power on.
- Press and hold the voice prompt/Wi-Fi button on the back of the appliance to set up Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi indicator will pulse white, and a voice prompt will say, "Waiting for the network configuration".
- Open the Dreamehome app, scan the same QR code on the appliance again to add the device. Follow prompts to finish Wi-Fi connection.
Note: Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is supported. App operations may differ due to software updates. The appliance exits network connection after 10 minutes of inactivity or if connection fails. Reset Wi-Fi by repeating steps. Press and hold the voice prompt/Wi-Fi button to disable/reconnect Wi-Fi.
Factory Reset: Press and hold the voice prompt/Wi-Fi button and the self-cleaning button for 3 seconds.
How to Use
- Pull up the clean water tank handle to remove the tank.
- Open the tank cover and fill with clean water.
- Open the cleaning solution box cover, fill with cleaning solution, and close tightly. Refill when the float reaches the bottom.
- Reinstall the cleaning solution box and clean water tank until they click.
- Briefly press the power button to turn on/off. Step on the floor brush and tilt the appliance back to start cleaning.
- The appliance can lie flat at a 180-degree angle for cleaning under low-profile furniture.
- Briefly press the mode button to switch modes. Press and hold for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate the lifting robotic arm.
- Briefly press the auto-distribute switch to enable/disable cleaning solution ratio (default is enabled). The appliance automatically adjusts the ratio based on APP settings and dirt levels.
- Slide the foam spot spray button to dispense foam for deep cleaning.
Notes:
- Do not vacuum foamy liquids.
- Ensure the floor brush is firmly against the floor.
- The appliance remains upright while running.
- Suitable for floors, marble, tiles, and other hard surfaces.
- Do not lift or move the appliance during operation to prevent dirty water from flowing back into the motor.
- Use only Dreame foaming floor cleaner. Refer to the cleaner label for instructions.
- The appliance intelligently adjusts cleaner ratio based on APP settings and dirt levels.
- On first use, the appliance defaults to Smart Mode. It will automatically enter the last used mode on subsequent startups.
Self-Cleaning with Hot Water & Drying Mode
- Place the appliance back on the base with sufficient water in the clean water tank for self-cleaning.
- On first startup, briefly press the self-cleaning button to activate default immersive self-cleaning with hot water and smart drying. For other modes or drying settings, use the Dreamehome App.
- After self-cleaning, the appliance enters drying mode. Empty the used water tank promptly.
Instructions: Briefly press the button after APP configuration to switch between standard and deep-clean modes via voice prompts. Press and hold for 3 seconds for independent drying mode. Briefly press in drying mode to exit.
Note: Self-cleaning requires the appliance to be charging with a battery level above 20%. Do not touch the roller brush, hot water, or heating module during self-cleaning.
Care & Maintenance
Tips
- Turn off the appliance before maintenance.
- Replace parts as needed with manufacturer-approved parts.
- For extended non-use: fully charge, unplug, and store in a cool, low-humidity environment away from direct sunlight. Recharge at least every 3 months to avoid battery over-discharge.
- Empty dirty water. Remove and gently tap the filter to remove dust. Rinse the filter, tank cover, and tank with clean water. Allow to dry completely before reinstalling.
- Wipe the tube and dirt sensor with a damp cloth. Insert the used water tank into the main body and tilt it towards the main body.
- After removing the clean water tank, use a coin to turn the locking knobs on the roller brush cover. Pull up the roller brush handle to remove the roller brush.
- Wipe the suction inlet with a dry or damp cloth. Do not rinse the floor brush with water.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to remove hair/debris from the roller brush. Rinse the roller brush with clean water and allow it to dry completely before reinstalling.
- Flip the roller brush cover, pull out the lifting robotic arm, and push the scraper left to remove it. Rinse the scraper with clean water. Once dry, align with the slot and push right to reinstall.
- Reinstall the roller brush. Align the roller brush cover with the floor brush, turn locking knobs to secure. Align the clean water tank with the roller brush cover and press down until it clicks.
Note: Replace filter every 3-6 months. Clean as needed. Replace brush roller every 3-6 months. Do not rinse the tube or dirt sensor.

Note on Usage Conditions: Maintain a separation distance of at least 20cm between the antenna and user's body. Rated input power refers to the average drying power for "Deep-Clean" and "Super-Speed" drying settings. Standby power consumption: ≤ 0.5W (within 15 mins of removal from base or full charge). Battery Disposal and Removal
The built-in lithium-ion battery contains hazardous substances. Ensure it is removed by qualified technicians and disposed of at an appropriate recycling facility. The battery must be removed before scrapping the appliance, the appliance must be disconnected from mains during removal, and the battery must be disposed of safely.
Removal Guide
- Remove the screw plug at the top back of the appliance and remove the screw.
- Use a proper tool to remove the display assembly and disconnect cables.
- Use a screwdriver to remove all fixing screws from the body.
- Remove screws on the battery pack assembly and then the battery cover.
- Disconnect battery pack connector cables and remove the battery.
CAUTION:
- Before removing the battery, disconnect power and run the battery down as much as possible.
- Unused batteries should be discarded at an appropriate recycling facility.
- Do not expose the battery to high temperatures to avoid explosion risks.
- Under abusive conditions, battery liquid may eject. If contact occurs, flush with water and seek medical help.
