These Terms and Conditions for Samsung Preorder Promotion (the "Promotion") are provided for Samsung Devices mentioned below (the "Device"). This Promotion is provided by Samsung Electronics Levant/Jordan ("Samsung") and is designed for its Customers ("Customer(s)") in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Promotion Details:
Eligible Purchase: Samsung Galaxy Fold7 and/or Galaxy Flip7
Promotional Offer: 15% discount on Samsung Galaxy Watch8, Galaxy Buds3, and Galaxy Buds3 Pro ("Promotional Discount").
Promotional Period: August 9, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

- To utilize the Promotion, Customers must purchase the Device during the Promotional Period only.
- The Promotional Gift is subject to availability. Samsung is not obligated to provide alternatives if the Promotional gift becomes unavailable.

Governing Law:
Any dispute related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Jordan and resolved by the competent courts of Jordan.
