Samsung Preorder Promotion: Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions for Samsung Preorder Promotion (the “Preorder Promotion”) are provided by Samsung Electronics Levant/Jordan (“Samsung”) and designed for its Customers (“Customer(s)”) in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Promotional Offers and Eligibility
- Free Screen Warranty: Customers who preorder Samsung Galaxy Fold7, Galaxy Flip7, and/or Galaxy Flip7 FE 512GB will receive a free screen warranty covering Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) for one time only. This warranty is valid for up to two (2) years from the date of activation and covers accidental or mechanical failure resulting in screen cracks due to unexpected external events. This includes up to X7 Samsung Reward Points (“Promotional Gift”).
- Early Bird Discount (First 72 Hours): For pre-orders placed within the first 72 hours from the promotion start date (July 9, 2025), customers are eligible for an additional 30% discount on selected accessories, a 20% discount on Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and Galaxy Buds3 Pro, and a 15% discount on Samsung Galaxy Watch8 and Watch8 Classic. This offer is valid when pre-ordered with Samsung Galaxy Fold7, Galaxy Flip7, and/or Galaxy Flip7 FE through Samsung.com.
- Post-Early Bird Discount: After the initial 72-hour period, customers who preorder selected accessories, Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and Galaxy Buds3 Pro, and Samsung Galaxy Watch8 and Watch8 Classic with Samsung Galaxy Fold7, Galaxy Flip7, and/or Galaxy Flip7 FE will receive a 10% discount.
- Watch Purchase Discount: Customers purchasing Samsung Galaxy Watch8 and/or Watch8 Classic will receive a 20% discount on Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and/or Buds3 Pro, plus up to X8 Samsung Rewards Points.
- Double Rewards Points (Watch Purchases): Customers purchasing Samsung Galaxy Watch8 and/or Watch8 Classic can double their Samsung Rewards Points (X2) with a maximum cap of 20 Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
- Double Rewards Points (Phone Preorders): Customers preordering Samsung Galaxy Fold7, Galaxy Flip7, and/or Galaxy Flip7 FE can double their Samsung Rewards Points with a maximum cap of 100 Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
Promotion Period and General Terms
- This Promotion is valid from July 9, 2025, until July 31, 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
- Promotional Gifts are subject to availability. Samsung is not obligated to provide alternative items if the Promotional Gift becomes unavailable.
- To utilize the Promotion, customers must purchase the Device during the Promotional Period.
- The Promotional Gift cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other discount.
- Order fulfillment is subject to stock availability. Confirmation of an order request does not guarantee processing; it only confirms receipt of the request.
- Samsung reserves the right to terminate, modify, or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Promotion Period, at its sole discretion.
- This Promotion is exclusively available to Samsung Customers. Samsung reserves the right to cancel any orders placed by resellers and/or dealers.
- Any disputes related to this Promotion will be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and will be resolved by the competent courts of Amman.
