• These Terms and Conditions for Samsung Preorder Promotion (the “Preorder Promotion”) is provided for Samsung Devices mentioned below (the "Device"). This Promotion is provided by Samsung Electronics Levant/Jordan ("Samsung") and designed for its customers (“Customer(s)”) in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
• When Customer purchases Samsung Galaxy Tab S11, they will be eligible for 15% discount on Samsung Galaxy Watch8 series, Galaxy Buds3, Galaxy Buds3 Pro and Galaxy Buds3 FE (“Promotional Discount”).
• When Customer purchases Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, they will be eligible for 15% discount on Samsung Galaxy Watch8 series, Galaxy Buds3, Galaxy Buds3 Pro and Galaxy Buds3 FE (“Promotional Discount”).
• This Promotion is valid from 12th of September 2025 until 21th of September 2025 or until stock lasts (“Promotional Period”).
• The Promotional Gift shall be provided subject to its availability and Samsung shall not be obliged to provide any alternative material related to the Promotional gift if such Promotional gift becomes no longer available.
• In order to utilize the Promotion, Customers should purchase the Device during the Promotional period only.
• The Promotional Gift cannot be exchanged by cash or any other item.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
• Orders fulfillment depends on stock availability, even if your order request was confirmed, this shall not mean that your request will be processed, it only means that we received your request.
• Samsung shall be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify and/or vary any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior or during the Promotion Period.
• This Promotion is exclusively available to Samsung Customers. Samsung reserves the right to cancel any orders placed by resellers and/or dealers.
• Any dispute of whatever nature directly or indirectly related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Jordan and shall be resolved by the competent courts of Jordan.
