  • Check battery level and charge.
  • Ensure the product is turned off, then press the power button.
  • Check if the pipe, dustbin, or brush is blocked.
  • Verify the washable micro filter is inserted correctly.
  • If not used for a long time, charge the battery.
  • If the battery is dead, replace it.
Suction force decreases suddenly and the vacuum makes a vibrating sound.
  • Check for and remove foreign matter in the brush, dustbin, or pipe.
  • Empty the dustbin if it is full.
  • Clean the filter if it is dirty.
The vacuum cleaner cannot be charged.
  • Confirm the voltage provided to the wall mount matches requirements.
  • Check if the vacuum is turned on and the battery level indicator LED is lit.
  • Remove any foreign matter (dust) from the charging terminal with a cotton swab or soft cloth.
The spinning brush (drum) inside a brush does not work.
  • When the spinning brush stuck display is on, turn off the vacuum, check for and remove foreign matter, then restart.
  • Turn the vacuum off and on again.
  • For Soft Action Brush and Wet brush, if the overheating prevention device operates, wait about 30 minutes for the motor to cool.
An odor is coming from the air outlet or filter.
  • Empty the dustbin and clean filters frequently.
  • A slight odor may occur for the first 3 months. Accumulated dirt can also cause odor.
  • Replacement filters are available from Samsung service agents.
Cleaning is finished but small dust particles come out of the brush.
  • After cleaning, operate the vacuum for 10 seconds or more to suction up small dust particles.
Vacuum cleaner stops operation during cleaning.
  • This product has an overheating prevention device. It may stop temporarily if:
    • The vacuum operates with a full dustbin.
    • The vacuum operates with a clogged suction part or brush.
    • The Extension Crevice Tool is used for long hours.
  • After correcting the cause, turn the product on again. (Ambient temperature may affect this.)
Static electricity occurs when cleaning a thick and soft mat.
  • Certain mats can cause static electricity. Move the brush on a normal floor for a while and clean again. The static electricity should disappear.
