Maintenance
Cleaning the Vacuum Cleaner
Dustbin/Washable Micro Filter
Follow the numbered steps in the diagram to clean the dustbin and filter. This involves detaching parts, cleaning them, and drying them.
❗ CAUTION: After cleaning the dustbin and Washable Micro Filter with water, dry them completely in the shade for more than 24 hours before use. Heat can cause part deformation. If the filter is not completely dry, it can cause an odor. If the dustbin or filter is clogged, the vacuum cleaner may stop due to the motor's overheating prevention device. Clean the dustbin or filters and restart the vacuum cleaner.
Fine Dust Filter
Make sure to turn off the product before cleaning the filter.
- Twist and pull off the Fine Dust Filter, and tap gently to remove dust.
- Wash the filter with running water once a month for optimal performance.
- After cleaning, dry it completely in the shade for more than 24 hours before use.
- For assembly, turn it counterclockwise until the line under the lock image is not visible.
? NOTE: Do not use detergent or tools when washing the filter. Do not dry with heat.
Jet Dual Brush
Follow numbered steps for cleaning the Jet Dual Brush. If foreign matter is not removed, use scissors.
❗ CAUTION: If foreign matter (cloth, etc.) gets tangled with the spin brush, the brush motor will stop to protect itself. After cleaning, turn the power off and on again. If the brush still does not work, repeat the power cycle. Be careful not to catch fingers in folding parts when cleaning.
Slim LED Brush
Follow numbered steps for cleaning the Slim LED Brush. Do not clean the brush with water. Remove foreign matter with a wet tissue or dry cloth.
❗ CAUTION: If the spin brush stops working after cleaning, the motor's overheating prevention device may have activated. Wait 30 minutes or more for the motor to cool before operating again. When removing debris with a wet tissue, rub gently to avoid compressing the spin brush. Dry the spin brush vertically on the floor to prevent bristle compression and vibration. Properly insert the spin brush into its slot.
Slim LED Brush Roller Wheels
Use a small screwdriver to disassemble the front and rear roller wheels.
? NOTE: Required tools include a flat head screwdriver (3 mm or less), Phillips screwdriver, and a prying tool.
❗ CAUTION: Wear gloves for safety. Using tools wider or thicker than the gaps may damage the product. Keep detached wheels out of children's reach (choking hazard). Be careful not to injure hands or body parts when using tools.
- Disassemble the front roller wheels, remove tangled foreign matter, and reassemble.
- Align the line on the wheel with the line on the brush body and insert it back.
Rear Roller Wheel
Follow numbered steps to detach and reassemble the rear roller wheel using the release lever. Ensure it clicks into place.
❗ CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the release lever with a screwdriver.
Spray Spinning Sweeper Maintenance
? NOTE: If the spin disk stops working after cleaning, the motor's overheating prevention device may have activated. Wait 30 minutes or more for the motor to cool.
Pet Tool+ Maintenance
Cut tangled hair or fur with scissors, then use the vacuum cleaner to suck up the pieces.
Extension Crevice Tool / Pipe Maintenance
Insert a long thin stick and rotate several times to clean the Extension Crevice Tool or Pipe.
