Safety Instructions

If strong winds cause the windscreen protector to move, sand and other debris can have an abrasive effect on the paintwork.

Clean the vehicle before use to avoid damaging the paintwork.

IMPORTANT:

Do not use the windscreen protector in severe weather and strong winds when there is a limited possibility of it staying in place. The car can also be damaged.

Mounting

1. Place the elastic bands round the rearview mirrors. (Refer to Diagram 1: Hands placing elastic bands around side mirrors)
2. Adjust to cover the windscreen. Make sure that the curved part covers the windscreen wipers. (Refer to Diagram 2: Adjusting protector across windshield; Diagram 3: Tucking ends into car doors)
3. Open the doors and tuck in the ends. Make any last adjustments. (Refer to Diagram 4: Closing car door with protector end inside)
4. Close and lock the doors. (Refer to Diagram 5: Fully installed protector on windshield)

Removal

1. Unhook the elastic bands from the mirrors. (Refer to Diagram 1: Hands unhooking bands from mirrors)
2. Open the doors to free the ends. (Refer to Diagram 2: Car doors being opened)
3. Shake off snow and ice. (Refer to Diagram 3: Shaking snow/ice off protector)
4. Allow the windscreen protector to completely dry before putting it in the storage bag. (Refer to Diagram 4: Folding protector; Diagram 5: Placing in storage bag)

Maintenance

Cleaning

Clean the windscreen protector from sand and other particles that can damage and scratch the car before putting into storage and before using on the car.

Use water and if necessary a mild soap solution. Do not use strong chemicals as this can affect the appearance and durability of the windscreen protector.

Storage

Store the windscreen protector in a dry and safe place.
