GOOLOO Jump Starter

A. Product Layout

The GOOLOO GE1500 jump starter features the following components:

• Switch: Used to check battery level and activate functions.
• Jump start socket: Port for connecting the intelligent jumper cable.
• LED Flash Light: Integrated flashlight.
• Indicator lights: Show the charge level of the jump starter.
• USB 5V/2.1A output port: For charging electronic devices.
• Type-C input 5V/2A: For charging the jump starter itself.

Intelligent Jumper Cable: Connects to the jump start socket and features clamps for battery terminals.

B. Operation Guidance

1. Storage Level Indicators

Press the switch to check the storage level of the Jump Starter. The indicator lights show the charge level:

During charging, indicators will flash one by one. All indicators turn off when charging is complete.

GE1500 Charging Instruction

1. Connect the USB cable to a home adapter and plug the adapter into a universal socket.
2. Connect the Type-C connector to the GE1500 host.

Jump Start 12V Vehicle Instruction (by Jumper Cable)

1. Ensure at least two indicator lights are on.
2. Connect the RED clamp to the vehicle's battery positive (+) terminal and the BLACK clamp to the vehicle's battery negative (-) terminal.
3. Plug the cord of the jumper cable into the jump start socket on the GE1500.
4. Start the vehicle.
5. Once the vehicle is started, remove the jumper cable from the GE1500 and disconnect the RED and BLACK clamps from the vehicle battery.
6. Leave the vehicle's engine running.

Jump Start 12V Vehicle Instruction (by Intelligent Jumper Cable)

1. Connect the blue plug fully seated into the host, and ensure the Cable Indicator is off.
2. Connect the Red Clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal and the Black Clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal.
3. Operate following the instruction of the Cable Indicator:
   • GREEN LIGHT on: Indicates correct connection and working circuit. You can turn on the engine to jump-start directly.
   • REVERSE RED LIGHT on: Indicates incorrect connection. Correct the clamps as per step 2. Wait until the GREEN LIGHT is on before starting the engine.
   • GREEN LIGHT blinking: Indicates the vehicle battery is low. Press the "BOOST" button, wait for the GREEN LIGHT to become solid, then turn on the engine within 30 seconds.
   • No Lights on: Indicates the vehicle's battery may be damaged. After confirming the clamps connection is correct, press the "BOOST" button, wait for the GREEN LIGHT to be solid, and then turn on the engine within 30 seconds.
4. Start the vehicle.
5. When the vehicle is started, remove the jumper cable from the vehicle battery. Leave the vehicle's engine running.

Charging Cell Phone or Tablet

1. Plug the USB cable into the Quick Charge output port.
2. Select the appropriate connector and connect it to your mobile phone or tablet.
3. Press the switch button to charge.

LED Flash Light

Press the switch for 3 seconds to start the LED flash light. There are 4 modes that appear in order: normal, strobe, SOS, and off. Press slightly to cycle through modes.

Composition and amount of toxic and harmful substances in GE1500:

I. Warning

1. Read the instruction manual carefully before using this unit.
2. Jump for 12V vehicles only; it would be hazardous for other types of jumping.
3. If the clamp is not an intelligent jumper cable, do not connect the wrong battery terminal; reverse polarity will cause short circuit and battery overheating, potentially leading to fire.
4. DO NOT use this unit if any cable clamp or cord is damaged.
5. DO NOT use in place of a vehicle battery.
6. Never leave the unit on a car battery after cranking the car successfully.
7. Make sure to check all battery connections are CLEAN before Jump Starting! Ensure the battery clamps are well connected! If the battery terminals on the vehicle are dirty or corroded, the power of the unit will be lessened.
8. DO NOT Jump Start more than 3 times in a row, as it could damage the unit by overheating. When starting up multiple times, allow each start-up interval to be two minutes.
9. Remove the product from the vehicle battery within 30 seconds of Jump Starting. Failure to do so could lead to damage.
10. DO NOT connect the two clamps together.
11. DO NOT allow use by young or infirm persons without supervision.
12. DO NOT use as a toy.
13. DO NOT allow the product to become wet.
14. DO NOT immerse the product in water.
15. DO NOT operate the product in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
16. DO NOT modify or disassemble the GE1500. Only a qualified repair technician may repair this unit.
17. DO NOT expose the product to extreme heat or fire.
18. Ensure someone is within range of your voice or close enough to come to your aid when working with batteries.
19. Remove personal metal items like rings, bracelets, necklaces, etc., when using the product.
20. DO NOT drop the unit. If the unit receives a sharp blow or is otherwise damaged, have it checked by a qualified battery technician.
21. DO NOT store in locations where the temperature may exceed 60°C (140°F).
22. Charge only at ambient temperatures between 0°C and 45°C (32°F and 113°F).
23. Charge only using the charger provided with this unit or a charger with the same standard as the host input port.
24. DO NOT use the unit to jump start a vehicle while charging its internal battery.
25. If this unit is leaking liquid, dispose of it at a proper recycling facility immediately.
26. Under extreme conditions, battery leakage can occur. If liquid is noticed coming from the product, do not handle with bare hands. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water immediately. If liquid comes into contact with eyes, rinse eyes with cold running water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention immediately.
27. The product contains a lithium-based battery. At the end of its product life, dispose of the product according to local regulations.
28. After jump-starting the car, do not charge this unit immediately.
29. Do not use the jumper cable to charge other equipment.

J. Warranty Information

1. GOOLOO offers a limited warranty for this product against any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase by the end user/consumer. The conditions of the warranty are as follows:
2. The warranty is only valid upon presentation of the original receipt (from dealer/retailer) by the original purchaser for the product to be repaired or replaced.
3. The warranty is void if the serial number, date of purchase, and label have been removed.
4. The warranty does not cover damage or product failure resulting from normal wear and tear, physical abuse, improper installation, misuse, modification, or repairs by unauthorized third parties.
5. GOOLOO does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during shipment or as a result of force majeure.
6. GOOLOO is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of this product.
7. All warranty claims are limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at GOOLOO's sole discretion.
8. If GOOLOO repairs or replaces the product, the product will be covered for the remaining time of the original warranty period. Repair or replacement may involve the use of reconditioned units which are equivalent in function. Replaced parts or products become the property of GOOLOO.
9. Consumable components, such as batteries, are not covered by the warranty.
