Parts and Functional Description
The GOOLOO ELITE 1200A Jump Starter (GE1200) includes the following parts:
- Host: The main jump starter unit.
- Smart Jumper Cable: Connects the jump starter to the vehicle battery. Features indicator lights (Green/Red) and a BOOST button.
- USB to Type-C Quick Charge Cable: For charging the jump starter or other devices.
- Wall Charger: For charging the jump starter from an AC outlet.
- Car Charger: For charging the jump starter from a 12V car cigarette lighter socket.
- Cigarette Lighter Socket Adapter: Allows using the 12V DC output as a cigarette lighter socket.

Key ports and controls on the unit:
- 15V/1A Input Port: For charging the jump starter.
- 5V/2.1A Output Port: Standard USB output for charging devices.
- 5V/2.4A, 9V/2A Quick Charge Output Port: Faster USB charging.

Battery Indicator: Press the power switch to check the battery power. The indicators show the charge level:
- 1 Solid Light: 20%
- 2 Solid Lights: 40%
- 3 Solid Lights: 60%
- 4 Solid Lights: 80%
- 5 Solid Lights: 100%
During charging, indicators blink one by one. All indicators turn off when charging is complete.
How to Charge the GE1200
1. Charged By Wall Charger (AC 100V~240V):
- Plug the wall charger into an AC outlet.
- Connect the other end of the wall charger to the 15V/1A input port of the GE1200.
2. Charged By Car Charger (12V):
- Plug the car charger into the 12V cigarette lighter socket.
- Connect the other end of the car charger to the 15V/1A input port of the GE1200.
Full charging time is approximately 5 hours.
How to Start a 12V Vehicle
Prerequisites: Ensure the unit is over 60% charged (at least 3 battery indicator lights). If not used for over two months, charge it first.
- Connect the blue jumper cable plug fully into the jump starter's jumper socket. Ensure the cable indicator is off before connecting to the battery.
- Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal of the vehicle.
- Connect the black clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal of the vehicle.
- Check the indicators on the jumper cable:
- GREEN LIGHT solid: Connection is correct. You can start the vehicle.
- RED LIGHT solid with beeping: Connection is wrong. Reconnect clamps correctly (red to +, black to -) until the GREEN LIGHT is solid.
- GREEN LIGHT blinking: Vehicle battery voltage is too low. Press the "BOOST" button on the jumper cable. Wait for the GREEN LIGHT to become solid, then start the engine within 30 seconds.
- No Lights on, No beeping: Vehicle battery may be damaged. Ensure correct connection, press the "BOOST" button, wait for the GREEN LIGHT to become solid, then start the engine within 30 seconds.
- Start the vehicle when the GREEN LIGHT is solid.
- Once the vehicle has started, remove the jumper cable from the jump starter unit first, then disconnect the clamps from the vehicle battery (remove black clamp, then red clamp).
Important Notes:
- Do not start the vehicle continuously more than 3-4 times within 2 minutes. Wait at least 30 seconds between attempts to prevent overheating.
- Remove the jump starter from the vehicle battery within 30 seconds after the engine starts to prevent damage.
- Do not connect the two clamps together (short circuit).
- Do not use the unit to start a vehicle while the internal battery is being charged.
How to Charge Your Phone or Tablet
1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port (either 5V/2.1A or 5V/2.4A, 9V/2A Quick Charge) and your device.
2. Press the power switch. The unit will identify your device and charge it automatically. Battery indicators will light up during charging.
Note: The unit has a minimum load current requirement of 200mA. It may automatically shut off after 30 seconds if the connected device draws less current than this (e.g., some headphones, smartwatches).
How To Turn On/Off the LED Flashlight
Press the LED flashlight switch to turn on the LED light. Short presses cycle through modes: Normal, Strobe, SOS. Press again to turn the light off.

- Q1: What is the operating temperature of this unit and how to store it?
- This unit uses a lithium polymer battery. The operating temperature is -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F). If the ambient temperature exceeds 60°C (140°F), the internal construction of the polymer lithium-ion cells can be damaged, potentially causing swelling and making it unsafe. Do not store the device in a vehicle parked in hot weather for extended periods.

- Q3: Why do the Green and Red lights on the jumper cable blink alternately?
- The smart jumper cable has an Over-start Protection function. If you attempt to start the vehicle continuously more than 4 times within 2 minutes, the jumper cable will enter Over-start Protection mode (Green and Red lights blink alternately). There will be no output from the battery clamps. Disconnect the jumper cable plug from the jump starter to remove this protection.
- Q4: How do you know if this unit is connected to the vehicle correctly?
- When the battery clamps are connected correctly to the vehicle battery, the indicator on the jumper cable will show a steady green light. A solid red light with beeping indicates a reverse connection.
- Q5: What should I do if this product can't start a vehicle?

- This unit is for 12V vehicles only. Do not use for other machines like aircraft, boats, etc.
- Do not use this unit if any cable, clamp, or cord is damaged, or if the unit is overheated, swelled, or leaking fluid.
- Do not use in place of a vehicle battery or as a vehicle battery charger.
- Do not use the unit to start a vehicle while charging the internal battery.
- Only use the supplied jumper cable and charge this unit with the supplied wall charger/car charger.
- Do not let this unit over-discharge. Charge it regularly; it is best to recharge it every 3 months.
- Ensure the blue plug of the jumper cable is fully inserted into the jumper socket; otherwise, the blue plug could melt.
- Make sure battery terminals are clean before starting and clamps are well connected. Dirty or corroded terminals reduce the unit's output power.
- Do not attempt to start the vehicle continuously more than 3-4 times within 2 minutes. Wait at least 30 seconds between attempts.
