Installation Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Vehicle
Place the vehicle in park, remove the factory bumper from the frame. Keep the (2) lower bolts for installation.

Step 2: Attach EVA and Main Body
First, stick the EVA pad to the main body. Assemble the Hooke Road bumper by aligning the outer profile with the inner profile and tightening all hardware. Repeat this step on the other side of the bumper.

- (6) M12×30 Hex Bolts
- (6) D12 Split Lock Washers
- (2) EVA
- (6) M12×30×1.5 Flat Washers
- (6) M12 Hex Nuts

Step 3: Secure the Bull Bar
Secure the bull bar (Part A) onto the bumper, then tighten all hardware.

- (2) M8 Flange Hex Lock Nuts

Step 4: Assemble License Plate Brackets
Assemble the license plate brackets (Parts D1 & D2), then secure them onto the bumper and tighten all hardware.

- (4) M6 Nylon Lock Nuts

Step 5: Mount the Bumper to Frame Rails
Place the bumper assembly onto the frame rails, then secure it to the vehicle frame. Adjust it to the desired position, then tighten all bolts.

Step 6: Attach Mounting Brackets and Skid Plate
Secure the mounting brackets (Parts F1 & F2) to the vehicle and the skid plate (Part E) to the bumper. Connect the skid plate to the brackets, then tighten all hardware.
