Installation Instructions
Step 1
Place the vehicle in park, remove the factory bumper from the frame.

Step 2
First, stick the EVA to the main body. Assemble your Hooke Road bumper. Align the outer profile with the inner profile and tighten the hardware. Repeat this step on the other side of the bumper.
Hardware: (2) EVA, (6) M12×30 Hex Bolt, (6) D12 Split Lock Washer, (6) M12×30×2 Flat Washer, (6) M12 Hex Nut.

Step 3
Secure the bull bar to the bumper and tighten the hardware. Repeat this step for the opposite of the bumper.
Hardware: (8) M8×20 Hex Bolt, (8) D8 Split Lock Washer, (8) M8×16×1 Flat Washer, (8) M8 Flange Lock Nut.

Step 4
Secure the winch power control box bracket to the bumper and tighten the hardware.
Hardware: (2) M8×20 Hex Bolt, (2) D8 Split Lock Washer, (2) M8×16×1 Flat Washer, (2) M8 Flange Lock Nut.

Step 5
Secure the license plate bracket to the bumper and tighten the hardware.
Hardware: (2) M6×16 Button Bolt, (2) M6 Nylon Lock Nut, (2) M6×12×1 Flat Washer.

Step 6
Secure the bumper to the vehicle frame. Adjust the bumper to the desired position. Repeat this step on the other side of the vehicle. Finally, tighten all bolts.
Hardware: (4) M12×35 Hex Bolt, (4) D12 Split Lock Washer, (8) M12×30×2 Flat Washer, (4) M12 Hex Nut.

Step 7
