Product Overview
The VE1830 system consists of a transmitter (VE1830T) and a receiver (VE1830R). It utilizes HDBaseT™ technology to extend True 4K HDMI signals up to 35 meters (115 ft) over a single Cat 5e/6 cable. The system supports HDCP 2.2 and the latest HDMI specifications, including 3D, Deep Color, and 4K resolutions, ensuring visually lossless, high-quality video and audio.
Key features include Power over Cable (PoC), allowing the receiver to be powered by the transmitter, and an RS-232 serial port for connecting peripherals like touch screens and barcode scanners. The VE1830 is ideal for applications such as digital classrooms, video conference rooms, and home theaters, offering a cost-effective and user-friendly solution.

The diagram illustrates the connection setup for the VE1830 True 4K HDMI HDBaseT-Lite Extender. It shows a PC and a DVD/Media Player connecting to the VE1830T (Transmitter) via HDMI and RS-232 ports. The VE1830T connects to the VE1830R (Receiver) via HDBaseT. The VE1830R then connects to a Monitor via HDMI and to a Hardware/Software Controller via RS-232. A power adapter is shown connecting to the VE1830T.
Note: Only connect VE1830T with VE1830R. Connecting VE1830T with other receiver models or third-party receivers may cause physical damage to the receiver.
