- The maximum loaded weight on the tool cart is no more than 400 lbs, evenly distributed.
- Bind the goods with the cart tightly with the Tie-down strap before moving.
Assembly Precautions:
- Please assemble the product in strict accordance with the instructions. Incorrect assembly could be hazardous.
- Please wear safety goggles and work gloves properly during assembly.
- Do not try to assemble the product when feeling tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
- Load-bearing capacity and other product parameters are applied to the properly and completely assembled product only.
Required tools (not included): A Philips screwdriver, an open end wrench 14#, and a pair of gloves.
Use Precautions:
- This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or get access to this item.
- Check carefully before use. Do not use if parts get loosened or damaged.
- Use on flat and hard surfaces only.
- Do not exceed the listed load-bearing capacity. Tighten all the knobs securely before placing weights on them. Be aware of the dynamic load-bearing capacity! Sudden load changes may temporarily cause excessive load, resulting in product failure.

Assembly Steps
Note: During installation, do not tighten the screws until all parts are installed.
Step 1: Assembly the Casters.
1. Turn over the Bottom shelf (Part 1).
2. Assemble the Casters (Parts 14 & 15) with Bolts (Part 16) as shown.

Step 2: Assembly the Upright 8#.
1. Turn over the Bottom shelf (Part 1) and put the Casters on the ground.
2. Assemble the Uprights (Part 8) with Bolts (Part 17) and Nuts (Part 18). Pay attention to the Uprights' direction. Do not lock the bolts too tight initially.

Step 3: Assembly the Middle shelf 2#.
1. Place the Middle shelf (Part 2) as shown and fix with Bolts (Part 17) and Nuts (Part 18). Attention: Initially, just fix the upper bolts on both sides and do not lock them too tight.

Step 4: Assembly the mounting plates 5#&6#, and Handle 10#.
1. Assemble the Left drawer mounting plate (Part 5), Right drawer mounting plate (Part 6), and Handle (Part 10) with Bolts (Part 17) as shown. Attention: The Left mounting plate has a lock. Ensure the ball bearing slides are in the same direction. Initially, just fix the upper bolts and do not lock them too tight.

Step 5: Assembly the Pegboard 7# with bolt 17#.
1. Place the Pegboard (Part 7) as shown and fix with Bolts (Part 17). Do not lock the bolts too tight.

Step 6: Assembly the Beam 9# and Back board 11# with Bolt 17#.
1. Insert the Beam (Part 9) between the Upright and the drawer mounting plate as shown and fix with Bolts (Part 17). Pay attention to the ball bearing slide and the Top shelf's hole being in the same direction.

Step 7: Assembly the Back board 11#.
1. Place the Back board (Part 11) as shown and fix with Bolts (Part 17).

Step 8: Assembly the Top shelf 3#.
1. Place the Top shelf (Part 3) as shown and fix with Bolts (Part 17). Then, tighten all the bolts securely.

Step 9: Assembly the Drawer 4# and EVA.
1. Pull out the ball bearing slides and insert the Drawer (Part 4) into them as shown. Then, place the Top EVA (Part 12) and Drawer EVA (Part 13) in their respective positions.

Step 10: Assembly complete.
