Pair Up Your JBuds ANC Earbuds

  1. 1Remove the protective tab from the earbuds in the charging case and close the case door.
  2. 2The charging case will show a pulsing blue light, indicating the earbuds are charging. Remove the earbuds from the case.
  3. 3One earbud will blink blue and white, indicating it is ready to pair.
  4. 4On your device, open Bluetooth settings and select "JLab JBuds ANC" to connect. A voice prompt "Bluetooth connected" will confirm the connection, and the earbud lights will turn off.

Earbud Controls

Left Earbud Controls

  • Volume Down: 1x tap
  • Voice Assistant: 2x taps
  • Noise Controls (ANC/Be Aware/Off): Press and hold for 1+ seconds
  • EQ Change: 3x taps

Right Earbud Controls

  • Volume Up: 1x tap
  • Play/Pause: 2x taps
  • Track Forward: Press and hold for 1+ seconds
  • EQ Change: 3x taps

Call Controls (Either Earbud)

Equalizer Modes

The JBuds ANC offer four equalizer modes for different listening experiences:

JLab Signature

JLab C3™ signature sound with amplified bass and vocals.

Best For: Pop, rock, country, electronic, and most music genres.

Balanced

Even sound with no additional enhancements.

Best For: Podcasts, audiobooks, and classical music.

Bass Boost

Amplified bass and sub-bass.

Best For: Working out, sport and fitness, Hip hop, rap, and electronic music.

Custom

Personalize your EQ through the JLab App.

Charging Your JBuds ANC

Get Charged Earbuds

When earbuds are in the case, pulsing blue lights indicate they are charging. Earbuds will automatically power on and connect when removed from the case.

  • Solid Green: Case charge 100-25%
  • Blinks 4x Red: Case charge less than 25% (charge the case)

Get Charged (Case)

Connect the JBuds ANC charging case to a computer or a USB 5V 1A (or less) output device using the integrated USB cable.

  • Pulsing Blue: Case is charging
  • Solid Green: Case is fully charged

Multipoint Connection

Connect your JBuds ANC to two devices simultaneously:

  1. 1Once your FIRST device is connected, turn off Bluetooth in its settings. The JBuds ANC will automatically enter Bluetooth Pairing mode.
  2. 2On your SECOND device, enter Bluetooth settings and connect to "JLab JBuds ANC".
  3. 3Return to your FIRST device's Bluetooth settings. Turn on Bluetooth and connect to "JLab JBuds ANC". Both devices should now be connected.

Troubleshooting: Bluetooth or Earbud Connection Failure (Manual Reset)

  1. 1Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget "JLab JBuds ANC" from your Bluetooth device settings.
  2. 2Quick tap one earbud 7 times while it's in the charging case. The earbud will blink blue 4 times.
  3. 3Quick tap the other earbud 7 times while it's in the charging case. This earbud will also blink blue 4 times.
  4. 4Take both earbuds out of the charging case. One earbud will be solid white, and the other will blink blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair to your device.
