Important Information
CAUTION
The installation of the XZENT system should be carried out by an authorized installer. Specific knowledge and tools are required for the installation. Incorrect installation can cause damage to the vehicle and the XZENT system.
Correct functioning can only be guaranteed when using XZENT original accessories included in the kit or optionally available. The XZENT system and original accessories must not be modified or altered in any way. Inappropriate actions can cause damage to the vehicle and the XZENT system.
NOTE
- The target vehicle must be equipped with the factory 1-DIN DAB/FM radio (Panasonic). The XZENT system is not compatible with vehicles equipped with an ex-works OE navigation system.
- These installation instructions apply to vehicle platforms listed in the compatibility list and as offered by the respective vehicle manufacturer. Deviating equipment and specific adjustments by motorhome manufacturers (e.g., battery, charging systems, power harness layout) are not covered. Contact the motorhome manufacturer for vehicle-specific questions.
- The XZENT system features an integrated DAB+ receiver. DAB+ and FM tuners connect directly to the vehicle's original rod antenna via an included adapter cable. For vehicles not listed, a suitable DAB/FM roof antenna (not included) may be required.
- Original multifunction steering wheel controls of compatible models are supported. No additional accessories are needed.
- Software updates are installed via a USB memory device. Ensure the XZENT system's USB connection remains accessible after installation (e.g., by installing a USB extension cable).
- For questions or issues with the XZENT system, contact the dealer where the device was purchased.

Commissioning
- Ensure all connectors at the rear of the unit have sufficient room and are not bent.
- Verify the power supply for the active antenna is connected (P.ANT lead connectors of the main harness).
- Secure connectors without retaining mechanisms with fabric tape.
- Ensure the vehicle is outdoors for GPS reception. Insert the navigation software SD card into the XZENT system's SD card slot and start it to establish a satellite fix (Sat-Fix). Do not move the vehicle until the Sat-Fix is established (may take 3-5 minutes).
- Press the NAV button to start navigation mode and select map view. Once your location is visible on the map, the Sat-Fix is complete.
- Perform a general functional test and basic settings. Ensure no error messages appear on the vehicle's display.
