Get to know your device
The device consists of several key components:
- Water level window: Allows visual checking of the water level.
- Flower: A decorative element, likely part of the water spout.
- Drinking tray: The area where water collects for the pet to drink from.
- Cotton filter: Located within the tray's filter box slot to purify water.
- Tray: Supports the drinking tray and houses the filter.
- Water bucket: The main reservoir for holding water.
- Base: The foundation of the unit, containing the pump, mode switch, and power port.
- Mode switch: A control on the base to select between Normal and Smart modes.
- Trunking: A channel or groove for managing the power cable.
- Micro USB Port: The input for the power cable.
- Non-slip mat: Located on the bottom of the base to prevent sliding.
Device Controls and Ports
The base of the device features:
- Mode switch: Used to select between 'Normal Mode' (indicated by a blue light) and 'Smart Mode' (indicated by a purple light).
- Micro USB Port: The power input for the device.
- Trunking: A channel to guide and secure the power cable.
- Non-slip mat: Located on the underside of the base for stability.
Get Started
Follow these steps to set up your Smart Pet Water Fountain:
- Take out the water fountain and internal accessories from the packaging.
- Rinse the water bucket and the outlet pipe with clean water.
- Insert the outlet pipe firmly into the outlet hole of the silent water pump.
- Add water to the water bucket, ensuring it does not exceed the highest water level mark.
- Install the tray onto the base.
- Rinse the filter box with clean water and place it into the tray's filter box slot.
- Install the drinking tray onto the filter box.
- Adjust the mode switch on the base to select the desired water outlet mode (Normal or Smart).
- Insert the USB cable into the Micro USB socket on the base and press the cable into the trunking groove for management. Place the entire base on a stable surface.
- Connect the base to the power supply. Place the water bucket securely on the base. The water fountain indicator light will illuminate, and the device will begin to operate.

Indicator Status
The indicator light on the device provides information about its current status:
