Important: Carry and move the equipment with at least two persons.
Caution: Place the equipment on a firm, level surface. Use a protective mat to prevent damage to the floor surface.

Post-Assembly Check: Because the trainer may settle during the first few hours of use, it is recommended to perform a quick check on the hardware. Tighten all bolts and nuts again after the first few workout sessions (approx. 10 hours) to ensure they remain well-tightened for optimal performance. Regular hardware checks (at least once every 3 months) are recommended.
Using the Half Rack
Weight Plate Storage Bars:
- When using the storage bars, ensure sufficient locking supports are used to secure weight plates.
- Distribute weight plates evenly over the left and right sides.
- Never exceed the maximum weight capacity of the storage bars.
Exercise Guidelines:
Building Muscle and Gaining Weight: Anaerobic exercise focuses on strength training. Gradual weight gain can occur as muscle size and strength increase. Your body adapts to stress; modify your diet with protein-rich foods like meat, fish, and vegetables to aid muscle recovery.
Muscle Strength and Endurance: Develop a balanced program working all major muscle groups. To increase strength, increase resistance and maintain repetitions. To tone your body, decrease resistance and increase repetitions. Experiment with resistance, reps, or speed. Lifting heavier weights fewer times typically develops strength. For both strength and endurance, aim for 15-20 reps per set.
Training Intensity: Adjust intensity based on your fitness level. Reduce load or sets if experiencing soreness. Gradually increase load as fitness improves. Muscle soreness is normal initially; persistent pain may indicate injury.
Beginning a Strength Building Program:
- Warm-Up: 5-10 minutes of stretching and light exercise to increase circulation, body temperature, and oxygen to muscles.
- Workout: Be mindful of prolonged muscle soreness, which may indicate injury.
- Cool Down: 5-10 minutes of slow stretching exercises to help muscles relax after training.
For a complete program, include 2-3 days of aerobic exercise in addition to strength training.
Hydration: Increase fluid intake during exercise to replace water lost through sweat. Proper hydration is crucial for muscle recovery.
Rest Day: Take at least one rest day per week to allow the body to heal and prevent overtraining.
