This document provides original instructions and operational guidance for Numatic vacuum cleaner models including NRV 240-11, NSR 240-11, NRV 370-11, NRV 380-11, NRV 470-11, and EVR 370-11.

Accessory Kits
- Kit NA1 / NS1: Includes hose, floor tool, extension tubes, crevice tool, and brush.
- Kit AH29: Includes hose, floor tool, extension tubes, crevice tool, and brush.
- EVR 370 - Kit AS0: Includes hose, floor tool, extension tubes, crevice tool, and brush.
Assembly
Follow these steps for assembly:
- Connect the hose to the machine's air inlet.
- Connect the extension tubes together.
- Attach the floor tool to the end of the extension tubes.
- Adjust the floor tool height for optimal cleaning (approximately 50mm clearance from the floor).
- Insert a filter bag into the machine.
- Securely close and fasten the machine's lid.
Using Your Machine
Locate the 'Start' button and observe the 'Power On Indicator Light'. Adjust suction power using the control dial, typically marked with '+' and '-' symbols to indicate different levels. The floor tool can be adjusted for different floor types and suction settings (Low/High).
Cleaning and Maintenance
General Cleaning:
- Keep the machine, including hoses and tubes, clean.
- Ensure the dust bag and filter are correctly fitted.
- Regularly examine the power cord for any signs of damage.
- Check the dust bag and filters frequently, ensuring they are clean.
- Check for any worn or damaged parts and replace them immediately.
EVR 370-11 Tool Head Cleaning: Specific instructions are provided for cleaning the tool head, involving disassembly and cleaning of its components.
WEEE Legislation: Vacuum cleaner, accessories, and packaging should be sorted for environmentally friendly recycling. Do not dispose of vacuum cleaners into household waste; they must be collected separately for recovery.

Maintenance Schedule:
- Daily: Keep machine clean, ensure bag/filter fitted, examine power cord, check dust bag, check filters.

WARNING: Read the instruction manual before using the machine. Operators shall be adequately instructed. Exercise care and attention during use. Routine and preventative maintenance is crucial for safe operation. Maintenance should only be carried out by a qualified person. This machine is for DRY USE only and must not be stored outside or used in wet conditions. Disconnect from mains before cleaning or maintenance. Not for use by children or persons with reduced capabilities. Not a toy. Not suitable for hazardous or explosive dust. Contact your local distributor for specialized tasks.
CAUTION: Ensure filtration system is suitable for material being collected. Intended for indoor use for dry materials only. Store indoors.
NOTES: Primary use is commercial (hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops, offices). Complies with IEC/EN 60335-2-69. Features a thermal protection device. If the machine stops, remove the plug before investigating. For blockages, switch off, unplug, inspect tool/tubes/hose, clear debris, replace bag, and clean filter. Inspect after use for damage. Store in a dry place.
- DO: Keep machine clean, change dust bag frequently, keep filters clean, use filter bags, use genuine bags for fine dust, keep hoses clear, replace worn parts, use provided brushes, examine power cord, use approved replacement cord.
- DO NOT: Pull cable to unplug, suck hot ashes/cigarette ends, use steam cleaners/pressure washers, immerse in water, clean/maintain without unplugging, use in wet environments, place foreign objects (e.g., air fresheners) in filter.

Warranty Information
Numatic International Limited warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for the following periods:

- Rotary Floor Machines: 2 Years
- Twintec Auto Scrubber Dryer: 1 Year
- Vario Ride-On Scrubber Dryer: 1 Year / 1500 hours
- Mopping, Compacts, Combi and Servocare Products: 1 Year
- Individual Accessories and Spare Parts: 6 Months
The warranty excludes consumable parts (e.g., carbon brushes, floor brushes, mops, batteries) and damage caused by using non-Numatic dustbags. Warranty claims must be processed through the dealer. Claims are specific to faulty parts and do not cover wear and tear, misuse, or abuse. Proof of purchase and evidence of validity are required.
