Simple to Use
Step 1: Insert Batteries
Follow these steps to prepare the projector:
- Remove the plastic module (projector) from the plush part.
- Locate and unscrew the small screw to open the battery compartment.
- Insert 3 AA/LR6 batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close and screw the battery compartment cover back securely.
Step 2: Setup and Operation
Once batteries are inserted:
- Replace the plastic module back into the plush part.
- Your Relaxing Ambiance Projector is now ready!
- To launch the bedtime ritual, simply press the button located under the plush.
The selected scenario starts and runs automatically. The projector will stop automatically after 20 minutes (Scenario 1, quiet child) or 40 minutes (Scenario 2, restless child).
To turn off the projector: Press and hold the button for 5 seconds.
Scenario Selection
Scenario A: Child Type
Choose between two programs:
- Mode 1: Quiet Child (20 minutes)
- Mode 2: Restless Child (40 minutes)
Each scenario is composed of 3 phases of decreasing intensity to help your child fall asleep:
- Phase 1: Captures the child’s attention with plenty of animated projections and optional music.
- Phase 2: Soothes the child; intensity decreases and music (if activated) changes.
- Phase 3: The final step towards sleep; projections stop moving and sparkle softly, and the music stops.
Scenario B: Cry Sensor
The projector can turn on by itself if the child cries (for more than 5 seconds). It will then emit soothing heartbeats with soft projections. If this option is activated, an LED indicator on the side turns on at the end of the scenario.
Music Selection
- C. Lullabies: Choose between 2 lullabies or select no music.
- D. Volume: Adjust the volume level as desired.
Optimal Use Conditions
To fully enjoy the projections, the room should be as dark as possible, with all other light sources turned off. The ideal distance between the projector, the walls, and the ceiling is between 1 meter and 2.5 meters.
Battery and Performance Notes
When battery power decreases, the projector may suffer malfunctions, such as loss of intensity or music issues. Pabobo does not recommend using rechargeable batteries, as they may lack the energy to simultaneously power projections and music over time. Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the toy before being charged and should only be charged under adult supervision.
Before contacting customer service, please test the product's operation with new, non-rechargeable batteries.
Environment
Batteries contain particles that are difficult to recycle. To respect the environment, please dispose of your used batteries at the proper collecting points. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Do not mix different types of batteries or new and used batteries. Batteries must be inserted with the correct polarity. Exhausted batteries must be removed from the product. Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
Safety Information
The projection part is designed for indoor use and is not waterproof. Always use a dry cloth to clean the device. In case of dysfunction, do not attempt to dismantle the product. If the product has been opened or dismantled, the guarantee becomes void. Please get in touch with Pabobo customer service.
