Using the headphone

Listening to Broadcast
- Power on: Press [Key 8] to switch on. The display shows the last frequency. To turn off, press the power button to show the time.
- Volume Control: Press Volume+ ([Key 10]) to increase volume (highest level is 31). Press Volume- ([Key 7]) to decrease volume (lowest level is 0). The screen shows the selected volume.
- Manual Operation: Press Tun+ ([Key 12]) for upward channel searching and Tun- ([Key 9]) for downward channel searching. Keep pressing until the required station is located.
- Automatic Operation: Upward channel searching starts by pressing and holding Tun+ ([Key 12]) for 2 seconds. Press and hold Tun- ([Key 9]) for 2 seconds for automatic downward channel searching. Searching stops once a station is reached.
- Memorize stations: Press MEM ([Key 13]) + digital Keys 1-5 to save favorite stations. Press Keys 1-5 to locate saved stations.
- Stereo Option: Press ST/MON for stereo channel.
- Lock Keys: Press LOCK ([Key 6]) to lock all keys. Press again to unlock.
Setting Time
- The radio uses a 24-hour format, starting from 12:00 when batteries are installed.
- Press [Key 4]; the Hour digits flash. Press the time adjusting button ([Key 12]) or ([Key 9]) to increase or decrease numbers until the correct hour is displayed.
- Press [Key 4]; the Minute digits flash. Press the adjusting button ([Key 12]) or ([Key 9]) to increase or decrease numbers until the correct minute is displayed.
When using the antenna to listen to FM radio, please expand the headphone line, adjusting its length to achieve the most synergistic reception (antenna shares headphone line).
Tips: Steel structures and high-rise buildings can shield the radio signal. To improve reception, try using the radio near windows for better results.

Setting Battery
- Remove the battery cover of the radio.
- Insert two AAA batteries, using the plus (+) and minus (-) guides in the radio's battery compartment to insert them in the proper direction.
- Replace the battery cover.
If the radio becomes unstable (screen blinking or darkens), the battery power is likely low. Please replace the batteries.

Protect your hearing:
- Use the lowest volume necessary for your task.
- Turn up the volume only in noisy surroundings.
- Turn down the volume before adding a headset or earpiece.
WARNING: Limit the amount of time you use headsets or earpieces at high volume.
- When using the radio without a headset or earpiece, do not place the radio's speaker directly against your ear.
Note: Exposure to loud noises from any source for extended periods may temporarily or permanently affect hearing. Louder volume requires less listening time before hearing could be affected. Hearing damage from loud noise can be undetectable at first and have a cumulative effect.
