Reception Operation
- To turn the radio on or off, move the power switch (6).
- Plug earphones into the earphone jack (7).
- Select the desired band (AM/FM or FM Stereo) using the band switch (5).
- Turn the tuning knob (4) to search for stations, observing the dial pointer (3) on the dial scale (2).
- Adjust the volume using the volume control (1). For enhanced bass, switch the power switch (6) to the 'BBS' position.
Antenna Operation
- FM/FM Stereo Reception: The earphone wires act as the FM antenna. Ensure the wires are not coiled for optimal reception. For weak FM signals, switch to the 'FM' band to reduce noise. For strong signals, use 'FM Stereo' for the best experience.
- AM Reception: The radio uses an internal magnetic antenna. Rotate the radio to find the best reception direction.
Maintenance and Care
- Avoid dropping or exposing the radio to extreme temperatures or humidity.
- Replace batteries promptly if sound becomes distorted or faint.
- Do not attempt to charge, heat, or disassemble batteries to prevent leakage or explosion.
- Remove batteries if the radio will not be used for an extended period to prevent corrosion.
- Do not attempt to adjust internal components as the radio is pre-adjusted.
- Clean the cabinet with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using alcohol, thinner, or strong cleaning agents.
