Assembly and Power Connection
Assembly Instructions
Unpack the components carefully. Please check all parts have been removed from the packaging.
Power Connection
Insert the USB receiver into the energizing port of the kneepad and plug the other end into the power port.
This product is suitable for general USB interface lines and can be connected to mobile power supplies, computers, ordinary power supplies, or vehicle-mounted power supplies.
The knee wrap must be kept plugged into a USB port when being used at all times.
Temperature Control Operation
Starting the Device
After the power supply is connected, the middle power button will illuminate yellow, blue, or green.
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to start the machine. The indicator light will turn red.
Press the button again to cycle through temperature levels:
- Red light: 63-67°C (High)
- Blue light: 52-56°C (Medium)
- Green light: 41-45°C (Low)

Turning Off the Device
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the device. The light will go out, and the cord can be unplugged.
Wear Method
Tie the kneepad onto the knee. Adjust it according to the kneepad circumference and secure the buckle ends to ensure a snug fit.
Important Attention Points
- It is recommended to wear the wrap for approximately 30 minutes per day. Adjust the duration and temperature based on personal physical condition and usage habits.
- Keep away from pregnant women and infants.
- Ensure the port and plug remain dry at all times.
- The wrap can be used directly on the skin, but it should be removed if discomfort is experienced.
Care and Cleaning Instructions
- If cleaning is required, remove the power cord from the kneepad.
- Hand washing is strongly recommended. The water temperature should not exceed 40°C.
- Air dry the wrap; do not use a dryer.
Disposal
- Coopers of Stortford uses recyclable or recycled packaging where possible.
- Please dispose of all packaging, paper, cartons, and packaging materials in accordance with local recycling regulations.
- At the end of the product's lifespan, please check with your local council-authorized household waste recycling centre for disposal.
