Remote Control and Modes

Remote Control Description: The remote control features buttons for ON/OFF, INTENSITY, POSITION, MODE, FREQUENCY, and HEATING, along with an LCD screen displaying the current setting.

Massage Modes:

• F1 Scraping - helps break up adhesions in soft tissue tightness
• F2 Beating - to stimulate muscles
• F3 Kneading - to treat tight muscles
• F4 Peening - hammering
• F5 Thumping – for larger muscle areas
• F6 Shiatsu
• F7 Rolling
• F8 Vibrating

User Instructions

Connect the adaptor as shown.

• Press the "ON/OFF" button: The screen will display "RU" for 3 seconds, then "10", indicating automatic mode with a 10-minute massage setting.
• Press "ON/OFF" again: Displays "20" for a 20-minute setting.
• Press "ON/OFF" a third time: Displays "30" for a 30-minute setting.
• Press "ON/OFF" a fourth time: Displays "uOFn", switching the machine off.
• Press "Mode" button: Select from 8 different massage modes (F1-F8: Scraping, Beating, Kneading, Peening, Thumping, Shiatsu, Rolling, Vibrating).
• Press "Intensity" button: Adjust massage intensity. Default is "S4". Cycle through "S4-S9", then "S1-S9" (Weak to Strong).
• Press "Frequency" button: Adjust massage speed. Default is "H4". Cycle through "UH4-H9n", then "H1-H9" (Slow to Fast).
• Press "Position" button: Select massage area (neck, shoulder, waist, leg).
• Press "Heating" button: Displays "HE" to start heating. The massage function also works. Press again to display "CL" to turn off heating while massage continues.

Attention and Precautions

• Unplug the power plug before cleaning or after use.
• Do not use the massage mat in damp environments or bathrooms. Store in a dry place away from direct light.
• Do not use while sleeping to prevent prolonged stimulation.
• Do not use the massager within half an hour after a meal.
• Immediately stop using if adverse reactions occur due to excessive stimulation.
• Consult a GP before use if you have conditions such as pregnancy, heart disease, or spine pain.
• Drink 500 CC of water after massaging to re-hydrate.
• The massager cannot be used by individuals sensitive to heat.
• Ensure children do not play with the product.

Plug Wiring (UK & Ireland)

This appliance is supplied with a mains adaptor/charger with BS1363 plug pins.

• DO NOT use if socket outlets are not suitable for the adaptor/charger plug pins. Attempting to insert into the wrong socket may cause electric hazard or damage.
• DO NOT use any other mains transformer/charger than the one supplied with this product.

Disposal

• Coopers of Stortford uses recyclable or recycled packaging where possible.
• Dispose of all packaging, paper, cartons, and packaging in accordance with local recycling regulations.
