Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed:
- Read all instructions before use.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. It is recommended to regularly check the power cord's condition and ensure it is not kinked or stored in a twisted manner.
- The use of any accessory attachments not recommended by Coopers of Stortford may cause injuries and invalidate any warranty.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near heat sources.
- Do not cover the item in any way when in use, as this may cause overheating.
- Do not use this appliance for any other use than its intended purpose.
- Ensure sufficient distance between this appliance and other items on the work surface or workstation, or sufficient distance between the appliance and the confines of the area in which it is situated. A minimum clearance of at least 10cm around all faces is recommended.
- Before use, check thoroughly for any defects. Do not use if defects are found. Take care not to drop the appliance, as heavy impacts may cause internal damage.

Visual description of the power bank layout: The device is a rectangular block. On one end, there are multiple ports and indicators. From left to right, these are: (1) Power ON/OFF button, (2) Micro USB input port, (3) USB output port, (4) Type C port, (5) LED indicators (a row of small lights), and (6) LED flashlight. The main body of the power bank has "ONDIAL" branding.
Recharging the Power Bank
This power bank has a built-in DC 3.7V, 10000mAh lithium rechargeable battery. Recharge it before first use as follows:
- Using Micro USB: Insert the Micro USB plug from the supplied connection cable into the Micro USB port on the Power Bank. Insert the full-size USB plug into a USB port on a computer or any USB charger with DC 5V, 1000mA (or more), 9V, 1000mA (or more), or 12V, 1000mA (or more) output.
- Using Type C: Insert the Type C plug from a connection cable (not included) into the Type C port on the Power Bank. Insert the full-size USB plug into a USB port on a computer or any USB charger with DC 5V, 1000mA (or more) output.
Important Notes:
- Never connect this unit to any USB charger with an output less than 1000mA, as both units may get damaged.
- During recharging, the Power Bank cannot charge a connected external device simultaneously.
Battery Care Notes:
To prolong battery life:
- For the first charge, charge for at least 12 hours.
- Recharge and store the battery within the temperature range of 5°C-35°C (40°F-95°F).
- Do not overcharge (longer than 24 hours). Excessive charging or discharging may shorten the battery's life.
- Battery life naturally shortens slowly over time.
- The rechargeable battery incorporated in this product is not user replaceable.
Battery Status
To check the battery power, press the Power button. The LED indicators will light up:
- Full capacity: Four LED indicators lit (●●●●)
- Half capacity: Two LED indicators lit (●●○○)
- Empty: No LED indicators lit (○○○○)
Charging External Devices
- Choose the correct connection cable that matches the charging port of your external device.
- Insert the Micro USB plug (or Mini USB plug or Type C plug) into the corresponding port on the external device you want to recharge.
- Insert the full-size USB plug into the power bank's USB port.
- Insert the Type C plug from a connection cable (not included) into the Type C port on the external device you want to recharge. Insert another Type C plug into the power bank's Type C port.
- Press the Power button to start charging the external device.
- During charging, LED indicators will turn on to show working status and remaining power.
- Wait until the external unit is fully charged.
The unit has an automatic power-off function. It will turn off when overload charging or overheating is detected. If this occurs, disconnect the power bank from the device. If the Power Bank has overheated, it will need to cool down for approximately 15-20 minutes. Do not reconnect the device that caused the overheat/overload, as it might be the source of the issue. The Power Bank can still be used for other devices after it has cooled down properly.
LED Flashlight
To turn on the LED flashlight, press the Power button and hold it for approximately 3 seconds. To turn off the LED flashlight, press the Power button and hold it for approximately 3 seconds again.
Warning
- Check the appliance and power cable carefully for damage before each use.
- Keep the appliance away from children.
- Before connecting the appliance, check if the voltage indicated on the bottom of the appliance is in accordance with the mains voltage in your home.
- Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- Do not use if the power cord or plug is damaged. Repairs should only be carried out by a qualified electrician, the manufacturer, service agent, or similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard.
Care and Cleaning Instructions
- Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
- Do NOT immerse in water. Risk of electric shock.
- Do NOT use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean this appliance.
- Wipe surfaces with a soft dry cloth.
- Allow to dry thoroughly before further use.
- Store the unit in a cool, dry place.
Batteries
- Keep batteries away from children and pets.
- Never dispose of batteries in a fire.
- Battery disposal: Spent or expired batteries must be properly disposed of and recycled in compliance with local regulations. For detailed information, contact your local authority.
- Follow the battery manufacturer's safety, usage, and disposal instructions.
Disposal
- Dispose of all packaging, paper, cartons, and plastic bags in accordance with your local recycling regulations.
- At the end of the product's lifespan, please dispose of it at an authorised household WEEE waste recycling centre.
Symbol: The CE mark and a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicate compliance with European directives and proper waste disposal requirements.
