Explosion Diagram

The explosion diagram provides an overview of how the various numbered panels and components assemble to form the nightstand. It illustrates the spatial relationship between parts before they are joined. Pay close attention to the orientation of panels, such as panels 4 and 5, which are distinct left and right sides. Incorrect assembly may result in a reversed installation.

Assembly Steps

[!] Attention: Quick installation screws need to be fully inserted into the hole position before tightening.

Step 1

Attach panel 5 to panel 4 using screws A and B. Insert screw A through panel 5 into the corresponding hole in panel 4, then secure with screw B. Panel 13 is also attached to panel 4 using screws A and B. Close-up views show the correct insertion of screws A and B.

Parts used: A (4 pcs), B (4 pcs), Panel 4 (1 pc), Panel 5 (1 pc), Panel 13 (1 pc).

Step 2

Attach panel 14 to the outer sides of panels 4 and 5 using screws A and B. Insert screws A into the designated holes and secure with screws B. Panel 2 is attached to the bottom of panels 4 and 5 using screws A and C. Close-up views illustrate the attachment of screws A and B to panel 14, and screws A and C to panel 2.

Parts used: A (4 pcs), B (4 pcs), C (2 pcs), Panel 2 (1 pc), Panel 14 (2 pcs).

Step 3

Attach panel 1 to the top of the assembled structure. Use screws A and C to connect panel 1 to panels 4 and 5. Panel 13 is secured to panels 4 and 5 using screws B. Close-up views show the correct insertion of screws A and C into panel 1, and screws B into panels 4 and 5.

Parts used: A (4 pcs), B (4 pcs), C (2 pcs), Panel 1 (1 pc).

Step 4

Install drawer slides. Attach drawer slide components 11 and 12 to the inside of panels 4 and 5 using screws A and B. Attach the corresponding drawer slide components to the sides of the drawer panels (6, 7, 8, 9, 10). A close-up shows the attachment of slides 11 and 12 to panel 4 using screws A and B. Another diagram illustrates the light strip (J) being attached to the cabinet body using its adhesive backing and then secured with part H. The light strip has multiple connection points labeled D and H.

Parts used: A (8 pcs), B (8 pcs), D (16 pcs), J (1 pc), H (8 pcs), Drawer Slide 11 (2 pcs), Drawer Slide 12 (2 pcs).

Step 5

Assemble the main cabinet structure. Insert screws G through the pre-drilled holes in the bottom panel (2) and side panels (4, 5) to connect to internal panels like shelf 3 and support 13. The diagram shows screws G being inserted into the base and sides, connecting to internal panels.

Parts used: G (8 pcs).

Step 6

Continue assembling the cabinet. Insert screws G through panel 3 into panels 11 and 12. Use screws M to attach panel 3 to the side panels (4, 5). Use screws C to connect panel 3 to the drawer slide mechanisms. The diagram shows screws G, M, and C being used to secure panel 3.

Parts used: G (8 pcs), M (4 pcs), C (2 pcs), Panel 3 (1 pc).

Step 7

Assemble the drawers. This step involves repeating a sub-assembly three times. For each drawer: Attach drawer sides (7, 8) to the drawer front (9) using screws E. Attach the drawer bottom (10) to the drawer sides and front using screws D. Attach the drawer slide components (11, 12) to the drawer sides. The diagram shows the process of connecting drawer parts with screws E and D, and then attaching slides 11 and 12.

Parts used for drawer assembly: E (12 pcs), D (12 pcs). Drawer slide components: 11 (2 pcs), 12 (2 pcs). Drawer panels: 6 (3 pcs), 7 (3 pcs), 8 (3 pcs), 9 (3 pcs), 10 (3 pcs).

Step 8

Attach the drawer fronts (9) to the assembled drawer boxes. Insert screws F1 through the inside of the drawer box into the drawer front (9). Use screws D to secure the drawer slides to the drawer box. The diagram shows screws F1 inserted from the inside of the drawer box into the front panel, and screws D securing the slides.

Parts used: F1 (6 pcs), D (12 pcs).

Step 9

Attach the back panels (14) to the main cabinet structure. Insert screws D and K through the back panels into the cabinet frame. The diagram shows screws D and K being used to secure the back panels.

Parts used: D (8 pcs), K (8 pcs).

Step 10: Wall Mounting

This step describes how to mount the nightstand to the wall for stability. Attach bracket L2 to the back of the nightstand using part L5. Measure and drill holes on the wall according to the spacing of L2. Insert wall plugs (L3) into the drilled holes. Secure L2 to the wall using screws L4. Finally, use part L1 to connect and fix the two L2 brackets together.

Parts used: L2 (2 pcs), L5 (2 pcs), L3 (2 pcs), L4 (2 pcs), L1 (1 pc).

Attention: There is a protective film on the surface of the bright panel; please gently remove it from one corner of the panel.
