2. Do not fully tighten the screws during initial assembly. Fully tighten screws only once all pieces are correctly assembled.

Assembly Steps

STEP 1

Attach the lift mechanism support panels (parts 8 and 9) to the side panel (part 4). Ensure the pre-drilled holes on the panels face inward. Use four screws (hardware A).

Parts used: 4 (x1), 8 (x1), 9 (x1), A (x4)

STEP 2

Attach one support panel (part 5) to the side panel assembly (parts 4, 8, 9). Use seven screws (hardware D) and seven screws (hardware E).

Parts used: 4 (x1), 5 (x1), 8 (x1), 9 (x1), D (x7), E (x7)

STEP 3

Attach the second support panel (part 5) to the other side of the main frame assembly. Use seven screws (hardware D) and seven screws (hardware E).

Parts used: 4 (x1), 5 (x1), 8 (x1), 9 (x1), D (x7), E (x7)

STEP 4

Attach the main frame side panels (parts 6) and side legs (parts 11, 12) to the support panels (part 5). Ensure the pre-drilled holes face inward. Use six screws (hardware B), six screws (hardware D), and six screws (hardware E).

Parts used: 5 (x1), 6 (x2), 11 (x2), 12 (x2), B (x6), D (x6), E (x6)

STEP 5

Attach the front/back legs (part 10) to the main frame side panels (parts 6). Ensure the pre-drilled holes face inward. Use six screws (hardware B), six screws (hardware D), and six screws (hardware E).

Parts used: 6 (x2), 10 (x2), 11 (x2), 12 (x2), B (x6), D (x6), E (x6)

STEP 6

Attach the support bars (part 7) to the bottom panel (part 3). Use three screws (hardware D) and three screws (hardware E).

Parts used: 3 (x1), 7 (x2), D (x3), E (x3)

STEP 7

Attach the support bars (part 7) to the bottom panel (part 3).

Parts used: 3 (x1), 7 (x2), D (x3), E (x3)

STEP 8

Assemble the main structure. Connect the main frame side panels (part 6) and the lift mechanism supports (parts 4, 8, 9) to the bottom panel assembly (part 3 with attached bars 7). Use two screws (hardware B), thirteen screws (hardware D), and six screws (hardware E).

Parts used: 3 (x1), 4 (x1), 6 (x2), 7 (x2), 8 (x1), 9 (x1), B (x2), D (x13), E (x6)

STEP 9

Attach the inner top panel (part 2) to the lift mechanism supports (parts 8, 9) and the main frame. Use seven screws (hardware E).

Parts used: 2 (x1), 3 (x1), E (x7)

STEP 10

Connect the side legs (parts 12) to the main frame side panels (part 6). Use two screws (hardware B) and thirteen screws (hardware D).

Parts used: 6 (x2), 12 (x2), B (x2), D (x13)

STEP 11

Attach the inner top panel (part 2) to the main frame assembly using thirteen screws (hardware E).

Parts used: 2 (x1), 3 (x1), 6 (x2), E (x13)

STEP 12

Attach the right lift mechanism component (R) to the support panel (part 8) using three screws (hardware F). The lifter should be installed on the indicated board.

Parts used: 8 (x1), R (x1), F (x3)

STEP 13

Attach the left lift mechanism component (L) to the support panel (part 9) using three screws (hardware F). The lifter should be installed on the indicated board.

Parts used: 9 (x1), L (x1), F (x3)

STEP 14

Attach the lift mechanism base panel (part 13) to the assembled structure using ten screws (hardware C).

Parts used: 9 (x1), 13 (x1), C (x10)

STEP 15

Attach the inner top panel (part 2) to the lift mechanism components using ten screws (hardware C).

Parts used: 2 (x1), C (x10)

STEP 16

Attach the brackets (part G) to the inner top panel (part 2) using eighteen screws (hardware C). This completes the assembly.
