Assembly Steps

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your MYDAL bunk bed:

1. Step 1: Attach the side rails to the headboards. Ensure correct orientation as shown in the diagram. Use dowels (100514) and screws (120209).
2. Step 2: Insert dowels (101350) into the designated holes on the side rails.
3. Step 3: Attach the bed base supports to the side rails using dowels (101350).
4. Step 4: Secure the bed base supports with screws (120209) and dowels (100514).
5. Step 5: Attach the lower bed frame supports using screws (101350).
6. Step 6: Continue assembling the frame by attaching the remaining side rails and supports using the provided hardware. Pay attention to the orientation of each part.
7. Step 7: Attach the headboards to the assembled frame.
8. Step 8: Secure the headboards using screws (120208) and dowels (100514).
9. Step 9: Attach the ladder supports to the frame.
10. Step 10: Secure the ladder supports with screws (100514) and dowels (120208).
11. Step 11: Attach the upper bed frame supports.
12. Step 12: Secure the upper bed frame supports with screws (110719).
13. Step 13: Attach the remaining bed slats using screws (110719).
14. Step 14: Continue attaching bed slats across both bunks.
15. Step 15: Attach the ladder steps using dowels (101350).
16. Step 16: Secure the ladder steps with dowels (101350).
17. Step 17: Attach the top guard rails using screws (120208) and dowels (100514).
18. Step 18: Secure the guard rails with screws (100514).
19. Step 19: Attach the ladder to the bunk bed frame.
20. Step 20: Secure the ladder with dowels (101350).
21. Step 21: Attach the final ladder supports using screws (130718) and dowels (100602).
22. Step 22: Secure the ladder with screws (100514) and dowels (120208).
23. Step 23: Attach the final ladder supports using dowels (101350).
24. Step 24: Secure the ladder with screws (130718) and dowels (100602).
25. Step 25: Attach the final ladder supports using screws (100514) and dowels (120208).
26. Step 26: Secure the frame with screws (130718) and dowels (100602).

Important Information

• Ensure all parts are correctly aligned before tightening screws.
• Do not overtighten screws, as this may damage the wood.
• For safety, ensure the bunk bed is placed on a level surface.
• Maximum mattress thickness: 19 cm (7 1/2").
