Parts List and Tools

Ensure you have all the necessary parts and tools before beginning assembly. The following parts are included:

• 24x Screw (120209)
• 24x Screw (120208)
• 48x Dowel (100514)
• 15x Screw (130718)
• 15x Screw (100602)
• 40x Dowel (101350)
• 68x Screw (110719)
• 1x Allen key (100001)
• 1x Allen key (100002)

Tools required: Screwdriver, Hammer.

Assembly Steps

1. Step 1: Attach the side rails to the headboards using the provided screws and dowels. Ensure correct orientation as shown in the diagram. [!] Do not overtighten screws. [X] Incorrect assembly.
2. Step 2: Connect the lower side rails to the headboards. Use 4x dowels (101350) for this step.
3. Step 3: Attach the bed slats to the side rails. Ensure the slats are evenly spaced. [!] Ensure slats are flush with the edge. [X] Incorrect placement.
4. Step 4: Secure the bed slats with screws.
5. Step 5: Attach the ladder supports to the side rails using screws and dowels.
6. Step 6: Attach the remaining bed slats to the upper bunk frame.
7. Step 7: Attach the ladder steps to the ladder supports.
8. Step 8: Attach the side protection rails to the upper bunk.
9. Step 9: Attach the second set of side protection rails.
10. Step 10: Secure the upper bunk frame components.
11. Step 11: Attach the ladder to the bunk bed frame.
12. Step 12: Attach the second ladder.
13. Step 13: Attach the final ladder steps.
14. Step 14: Secure all remaining components.
15. Step 15: Final tightening of all screws.
16. Step 16: Ensure all parts are securely fastened.
17. Step 17: Place mattresses on the bunks. Recommended mattress size: 90 x 200 cm (35 2/4" x 78 3/4"). Maximum mattress thickness: 19 cm (7 1/2"). [!] Ensure mattresses are correctly placed and do not exceed the height limit. [X] Incorrect mattress placement.
18. Step 18: Attach the side rails for the upper bunk.
19. Step 19: Attach the second set of side rails.
20. Step 20: Secure the upper bunk frame.
21. Step 21: Attach the final ladder supports.
22. Step 22: Secure the ladder components.
23. Step 23: Final assembly check.
24. Step 24: The bunk bed is now assembled.
