Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach two side rails (part 100001) to the end boards. Use two screws (120209) and two dowels (100514) for each connection. Ensure the parts are aligned correctly.
Step 2
Insert four dowels (101350) into the pre-drilled holes on the side rails to prepare for attaching the crossbars.
Step 3
Attach more crossbars to the side rails using six dowels (100514) for each connection. Ensure a snug fit.
Step 4
Attach the ladder side rails to the main frame structure using two dowels (101350) for each connection.
Step 5
Insert four dowels (101350) into the ladder side rails to attach the ladder rungs.
Step 6
Attach the second end board assembly to the side rails using four dowels (100514) for each connection.
Step 7
Connect the second set of side rails to the end board assemblies using four dowels (100514) for each connection.
Step 8
Attach the upper bunk bed frame to the main structure. Use two dowels (101350) and two screws (120208) for each connection, tightened with Allen key (100001).
Step 9
Repeat Step 8 to attach the other side of the upper bunk bed frame. Use two dowels (101350) and two screws (120208) for each connection, tightened with Allen key (100001).
Step 10
Attach the ladder side rails to the upper bunk frame. Use two screws (130718) and two screws (100602), tightened with Allen keys (100001 and 100002 respectively).
Step 11
Insert two dowels (101350) into the ladder side rails to attach the ladder rungs.
Step 12
Repeat Step 10 to attach the second ladder side rail. Use two screws (130718) and two screws (100602), tightened with Allen keys (100001 and 100002 respectively).
Step 13
Connect the upper bunk bed frame to the main structure. Use two dowels (100514) and two screws (120208), tightened with Allen key (100001).
Step 14
Attach the ladder side rails to the upper bunk frame. Use two screws (130718) and two screws (100602), tightened with Allen keys (100001 and 100002 respectively).
Step 15
Insert sixty-eight screws (110719) into the pre-drilled holes along the inner sides of the bunk bed frames to support the bed slats.
Step 16
Attach the upper bunk bed frame to the main structure using two dowels (101350) for each connection.
Step 17
Connect the upper bunk bed frame to the main structure. Use two dowels (100514) and two screws (120208), tightened with Allen key (100001).
Step 18
Attach the ladder side rails to the upper bunk frame. Use two screws (130718) and two screws (100602), tightened with Allen keys (100001 and 100002 respectively).
Step 19
Attach the upper bunk bed frame to the main structure using two dowels (101350) for each connection.
Step 20
Connect the upper bunk bed frame to the main structure. Use two dowels (100514) and two screws (120208), tightened with Allen key (100001).
Step 21
Attach the upper bunk bed frame to the main structure using two dowels (101350) for each connection.
Step 22
Attach the ladder side rails to the upper bunk frame. Use two screws (130718) and two screws (100602), tightened with Allen keys (100001 and 100002 respectively).
Step 23
Connect the upper bunk bed frame to the main structure. Use two dowels (100514) and two screws (120208), tightened with Allen key (100001).
Step 24
Attach the ladder side rails to the upper bunk frame. Use two screws (130718) and two screws (100602), tightened with Allen keys (100001 and 100002 respectively).

Attach the ladder side rails to the upper bunk frame. Use six screws (130718) and six screws (100602), tightened with Allen keys (100001 and 100002 respectively).
