Product Appearance
The Jackery Battery Pack 1000 Plus features a rectangular design. The front panel displays the Jackery logo and the product name "Jackery Battery Pack 1000 Plus". Above the logo, there is an LCD DISPLAY and a circular "Main Power Button". The "POWER" button is illuminated when the device is on.
The rear panel shows two "DC Expansion Port" connectors, each with a circular port and a smaller rectangular port, labeled "DC Expansion Port".
LCD Display
The LCD display shows the current power percentage and may display fault codes (F0-FF) if the system fails. A battery icon indicates the charge level. A charging indicator is also present, which disappears when the device is fully charged.
Power Percentage/Fault Code: Displays the current power level. In case of system failure, fault codes like F0-FF will appear. If code FF is displayed, remove the load; the product may recover on its own. For other codes, contact after-sales service.
Charging Indicator: This indicator is visible when the device is charging and turns off when charging is complete.
Basic Operations
Power On/Off
Press the "Main Power Button" to turn on the device; the LCD display will illuminate. To turn off the main power, press and hold the "Main Power Button" until the device shuts down.
Notes:
- When used with the Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus, the power of the Battery Pack can be controlled via the Explorer's "Main Power Button".
- The product will automatically shut down after 2 hours if there is no discharge output or charging input.
LCD Display On/Off
Pressing the "Main Power Button" or charging the product turns on the LCD display. Pressing the button again turns the display off.
Usage Mode
Used Together with the Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus
The Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus can be used with up to 3 sets of Jackery Battery Pack 1000 Plus units to meet larger capacity needs. The units are connected using Expansion Cables.
Heat Dissipation Note: To ensure proper heat dissipation for the Explorer 1000 Plus, it is recommended not to position the battery pack on the side of the device, as this may block the heat sink. A diagram shows a correct setup with the battery pack placed away from the Explorer's side vents, marked with a [checkmark-icon], and an incorrect setup where the battery pack blocks the vents, marked with a [cross-icon].
Charging Your Jackery Battery Pack 1000 Plus
Charging from the Wall
When charging from the wall, this product must be used with the Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus. A diagram illustrates connecting the Battery Pack to the Explorer 1000 Plus using an AC Cable and Expansion Cable.
Solar Charging
When charging by solar power, the device must be used with the Explorer 1000 Plus. Refer to the Explorer 1000 Plus user manual for connection methods. A diagram shows a SolarSaga solar panel connected via an AC Cable to the Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus, which is then connected to the Jackery Battery Pack 1000 Plus via an Expansion Cable.
Charging in the Car
When charging with a car charger, the device must be used with the Explorer 1000 Plus. Refer to the Explorer 1000 Plus user manual for connection methods. A diagram shows a vehicle's car charger connected via an AC Cable to the Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus, which is then connected to the Jackery Battery Pack 1000 Plus via an Expansion Cable.
Safety Precautions When Using
The following basic safety precautions should be followed:
- Read all instructions before use.
- Close supervision is required when used near children.
- Risk of electric shock may occur with non-professional accessories.
- Unplug the power plug when the product is not in use.
- Do not dismantle the product to avoid risks like fire, explosion, or electric shock.
- Do not use damaged cords, plugs, or output cables.
- Charge in a well-ventilated area, do not restrict ventilation.
- Place in a ventilated and dry place to avoid electric shock from rain/water.
- Do not expose to fire or high temperatures (direct sunlight or hot vehicles) to prevent fire/explosion accidents.
- Fully charge before first use. If stored for 3-6 months with depleted power, performance may degrade or it may become unchargeable. For long-term storage, check and charge to 60-80% regularly.
Warranty
Warranty is provided for buyers who purchased from Amazon (Jackery), the Jackery website, or authorized local dealers.
Limited Warranty
Jackery warrants the original consumer purchaser against defects in workmanship and material under normal use for the applicable warranty period, subject to exclusions.
Warranty Period
Standard Warranty: 3 Years (36 months) from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Extended Warranty: 2 Years. Activate by registering online or contacting customer service at hello.eu@jackery.com.
Exchange
Jackery will replace faulty products at its expense. Replacement products assume the remaining warranty.
Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage, or use outside normal parameters.
- Repairs attempted by unauthorized parties.
- Products purchased through online auction houses.
- Battery cell unless fully charged within 7 days of purchase and at least once every 6 months thereafter.
