Product Appearance

The Jackery Battery Pack 1000 Plus features a rectangular design. The front panel displays the Jackery logo and the product name "Jackery Battery Pack 1000 Plus". Above the logo, there is an LCD DISPLAY and a circular "Main Power Button". The "POWER" button is illuminated when the device is on.

The rear panel shows two "DC Expansion Port" connectors, each with a circular port and a smaller rectangular port, labeled "DC Expansion Port".

The LCD display shows the current power percentage and may display fault codes (F0-FF) if the system fails. A battery icon indicates the charge level. A charging indicator is also present, which disappears when the device is fully charged.

Power Percentage/Fault Code: Displays the current power level. In case of system failure, fault codes like F0-FF will appear. If code FF is displayed, remove the load; the product may recover on its own. For other codes, contact after-sales service.
