Samsung LOUNGE Service Rules

1. Service Provider

LOUNGE is a service provided by Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH, Praterstrasse 31/14, Obergeschoss, Vienna, Republic of Austria (hereinafter referred to as "Samsung").

2. Eligibility

The LOUNGE service is available to existing owners of the following Samsung mobile phone models:

Galaxy S Series:

Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25, Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy S22 5G, Galaxy S22+ 5G, Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G, Galaxy S21 5G, Galaxy S21+ 5G, Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, Galaxy S21FE 5G, Galaxy S20FE, Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10e

The LOUNGE service is exclusively available for the Samsung mobile phone models listed above, intended for sale in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

3. Through the LOUNGE service, users can utilize various benefits when purchasing products or using services from Samsung partners listed in the LOUNGE section.

4. To use the benefits contained within LOUNGE, the user must explicitly consent to receiving marketing messages from Samsung when launching the section.

5. These Rules govern the legal relationship between Samsung and the LOUNGE user.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the LOUNGE service in accordance with applicable regulations and not for any illegal or prohibited purposes. Minors may not use the LOUNGE service unless their parent or legal guardian reviews and agrees to these Rules.

If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor who is permitted to use the LOUNGE service, you agree to:

• (i) supervise the use of the LOUNGE service by the minor;
• (ii) assume all risks associated with the minor's use of the LOUNGE service;
• (iii) assume all obligations arising from the minor's use of the LOUNGE service; and
• (iv) be responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all data provided by the minor.

7. Using Benefits

Benefits included in the LOUNGE service are accessed via electronic codes available within the LOUNGE service. To use benefits when purchasing products or services from Samsung partners listed within the LOUNGE service, you must present the corresponding electronic code issued through the LOUNGE service to the Samsung partner at the time of purchase.

8. Samsung's Liability

Samsung is not responsible for the content of benefits that can be obtained through the LOUNGE service with specific Samsung partners. The content and terms of realization of these benefits are determined independently by each Samsung partner. The content and terms of realization of the aforementioned benefits will be stated in separate rules independently published by each partner.

9. Electronic Code Usage

Each electronic code for using benefits when purchasing products or services from Samsung partners listed within LOUNGE can only be used at the time of purchase. After the purchase is made, the code is considered used and becomes invalid. Samsung will archive the history of issued codes for a period of 1 year.

10. Code Transferability

Electronic codes for using benefits when purchasing products or services from Samsung partners listed within the LOUNGE service may not be transferred to other persons. They can only be used by the owners of the devices listed in Article 2 of these Rules, through which the individual codes were issued. Electronic codes for using benefits when purchasing products or services from Samsung partners listed within the LOUNGE service cannot be exchanged for money or other values.

11. Data Privacy

Samsung will not collect or process user personal data within the scope of providing the LOUNGE service.

12. Service Updates

Samsung may update the LOUNGE service at any time, including service improvements, introduction of new service elements, or deletion of existing ones.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the LOUNGE service will be resolved amicably. If such a resolution is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent court in Belgrade, applying the regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
