Samsung On-Site Service Terms for Mobile Devices
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the On-Site Service ("Samsung On-Site Service") provided by Samsung Electronics Nordic AB ("Samsung") to consumers of selected Samsung products.

Samsung On-Site Service
Samsung On-Site Service is a mobile repair service that can be ordered for performance at addresses with postal codes in Stockholm County that Samsung communicates from time to time, and for the following products ("Samsung Device"):

- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE
Samsung On-Site Service is provided exclusively through Samsung's webshop. The terms stated in this document, as well as all documents referred to or presupposed by these terms for ordering Samsung On-Site Service, constitute the terms applicable to you when ordering Samsung On-Site Service.
Samsung reserves the right to change or discontinue Samsung On-Site Service, provided that this does not affect the terms for already completed or ordered Samsung On-Site Service at the time of the change.
Samsung On-Site Service has no impact on and is independent of the limited manufacturer's warranty that Samsung provides to consumers who have purchased a Samsung product from us. Information about and the terms for Samsung's limited manufacturer's warranty can be found at Samsung's limited manufacturer's warranty.
Scope of Samsung On-Site Service
Samsung On-Site Service is ordered by you via www.samsung.com/se/support/galaxy-premier-service (the "Website" or "the Website") and means that Samsung On-Site Service is performed at the agreed location.
A prerequisite for repair according to these Terms is that you have a Samsung Device covered by a valid Samsung limited manufacturer's warranty, or that the defect is such for which Samsung is responsible according to mandatory consumer purchase law. Defects covered by Samsung's limited manufacturer's warranty are rectified according to the special warranty terms applicable to your Samsung Device. For more information on what is covered by your Samsung Device's special warranty terms, see the warranty card that accompanied your Samsung Device at purchase.
Through Samsung On-Site Service, you can request a loaner device to use during the repair period. Loaner devices are offered based on availability. Please note that the type of device available at the time of performing Samsung On-Site Service may vary, and therefore no guarantee of loaner device availability is provided.
In cases where it appears at the time of repair that your item is not covered by Samsung's limited manufacturer's warranty, or that the product does not have a defect for which Samsung is responsible according to mandatory legislation, you will receive a cost estimate for rectifying the damage, which you can accept or reject.
Please note that before the visit, you may receive instructions on preparations you need to ensure for Samsung On-Site Service to be possible. Samsung is not responsible if Samsung On-Site Service cannot be performed due to failure to comply with such preparatory instructions.
Samsung strives and does its utmost to ensure that Samsung On-Site Service is performed at the time you have booked. However, circumstances beyond Samsung's control may cause delays in repair, e.g., extensive traffic, road works, and similar. Samsung is not responsible for any damage that such a delay may cause.
Consumer Legislation
Your statutory rights as a consumer in accordance with applicable national legislation, such as the right of complaint according to the Consumer Sales Act, are not affected by Samsung On-Site Service. Unless national legislation states otherwise, the rights according to Samsung On-Site Service are the only ones valid for the buyer, and Samsung, its subsidiaries, and retailers shall not be liable for indirect damages or consequential damages or damaged software or data and associated equipment or materials.
