Samsung Galaxy Z Series Premium Service Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Samsung Galaxy Z-series premium service ("Samsung Galaxy Z-series premium service") provided by Samsung Electronics Nordic AB ("Samsung") to consumers of Samsung Galaxy Z mobile phones ("Samsung Product").
The Samsung Galaxy Z-series premium service is available to consumers until December 31, 2025. Samsung reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Samsung Galaxy Z-series premium service.
The Samsung Galaxy Z-series premium service does not affect and is independent of the limited manufacturer's warranty that Samsung provides to consumers who have purchased a Samsung Product from Samsung. Information about and the terms of Samsung's limited manufacturer's warranty can be found at Samsung's Limited Manufacturer's Warranty.

Priority Service
Priority Service is an express repair service and is available for the following Samsung Products where Samsung's limited manufacturer's warranty is valid:
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE
Priority Service can be obtained at the following Samsung authorized service workshops during the specified periods:
- Mcare Stockholm (Sveavägen): June 30, 2025 - December 31, 2025.
- Mcare Göteborg: July 14, 2025 - December 31, 2025.
- New Life Holding Oy Helsinki: July 14, 2025 - December 31, 2025.
You can submit your Samsung Product for Priority Service at the specifically designated Samsung authorized service workshops mentioned above. The Samsung authorized service workshop will do its best to repair your Samsung Product within two (2) hours. However, under certain circumstances, the repair may take longer. For service exceeding two (2) hours, a loaner unit will be offered during the repair. Please note that the offered loaner unit may vary depending on availability.
Priority Service includes the following repair actions:
- Repairs that Samsung is obligated to perform in accordance with Samsung's limited manufacturer's warranty.
- Repairs that Samsung is obligated to perform according to applicable national legislation.
- Repairs that Samsung is obligated to perform according to Samsung Care+ if the device is covered by a valid Samsung Care+ insurance.
- Priority Service also includes screen protector replacement, screen health check, and maintenance check, provided Samsung deems it appropriate.
Fast Track Support
Consumers who own a Samsung Product from the Galaxy Z Flip or Galaxy Z Fold series, and for which Samsung's limited manufacturer's warranty is valid, are eligible for Fast Track Support. Fast Track Support means that when you call or chat with Samsung, you will be placed in a special queue where representatives prioritize calls and chats from customers eligible for Fast Track Support.
Consumer Legislation
Your statutory rights as a consumer in accordance with applicable national legislation, such as the right of complaint under the Consumer Sales Act, are not affected by the Samsung Galaxy Z-series Premium Service. Unless national legislation states otherwise, the rights under Samsung Premium Service are the only ones applicable to the buyer, and Samsung, its subsidiaries, and retailers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or damaged software or data, and associated equipment or materials.
