Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Casters
Place the chair base on a flat surface. Insert four casters (part numbers 10098488, 10098490) into the openings at the end of each leg of the chair base. Push firmly until you hear a [Click!], indicating they are securely attached. ℹ️ Ensure casters are inserted correctly; do not force them at an angle (See page 4).
Step 2: Secure Chair Base Legs and Insert Column
Align the chair base legs with the central hub. Use two screws (part number 152545), two spring washers (part number 100843), and two flat washers (part number 100854) to secure the legs to the central hub, using the hex key (part number 124345). After securing the legs, insert the gas lift column into the center of the chair base. ℹ️ Ensure all screws are tightened securely. (See page 5).
Step 3: Attach Armrest Supports
Turn the seat mechanism upside down. Attach the two armrest support structures to the seat mechanism using two screws (part number 10042706) for each support, totaling four screws. Use the hex key (part number 124345) to tighten. ❌ Do not use screw 105103 for this step. (See page 6).
Step 4: Attach Seat Assembly to Base
Carefully lower the assembled seat onto the gas lift column attached to the chair base. Align the seat mechanism with the column. Secure the seat by turning the adjustment knob located on the underside of the seat mechanism clockwise until tight. ℹ️ Ensure the seat is stable before proceeding. (See page 7).
Step 5: Adjust Seat Height Mechanism
To adjust the seat height, turn the large knob located on the underside of the seat mechanism. Turn clockwise to lock the height, and counter-clockwise to allow height adjustment. ℹ️ The diagram shows the knob being turned to adjust the seat height. (See page 8).
Step 6: Attach Backrest Support
Align the backrest support with the designated mounting points on the rear of the seat mechanism. Secure it using four screws (part number 105103) and the hex key (part number 100092). ℹ️ Ensure the backrest support is firmly attached. (See page 9).
Step 7: Attach Backrest
Align the backrest with the backrest support. Secure the backrest by turning the adjustment knob on the backrest support clockwise until tight. ℹ️ This knob likely adjusts the angle or position of the backrest. (See page 10).
Step 8: Attach Headrest
Insert the headrest into the top of the backrest support. Push firmly until it [Clicks!] into place, indicating it is securely attached. ℹ️ Ensure the headrest is oriented correctly before insertion. (See page 11).
Step 9: Attach Lumbar Support Handle
Insert the lumbar support handle (part number 10091633) into the designated slot on the side of the chair. Push until it [Clicks!] into place. ℹ️ This handle likely controls lumbar support adjustment. (See page 12).

Seat Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height:
- Turn the large adjustment knob under the seat counter-clockwise to unlock.
- Lift or lower the seat to your desired height.
- Turn the knob clockwise to lock the seat height in place. (See diagrams on pages 14-15 for detailed knob operation).

The backrest and tilt mechanism can be adjusted for comfort:
- Backrest Angle/Position: Use the knob on the backrest support (Step 7) to adjust the backrest angle or position. Turn to lock.
- Seat Tilt: The chair may feature a tilt function. Adjustments are typically controlled by levers or knobs under the seat. ℹ️ (Refer to diagrams on pages 15-16 for specific tilt/recline controls).
- Armrest Adjustment: The armrests can likely be adjusted in height or position. ℹ️ (See diagram on page 16 for armrest adjustment).
Height Markings
The chair may have height markings on the central column, indicating recommended height ranges (e.g., 135cm, 145cm). ? Use these as a guide for proper ergonomic setup. (See diagram on page 15).
