Assembly Steps

Step 1: Assemble the Chair Base

Lay out the five legs of the chair base on a soft surface (e.g., a rug) to prevent scratching. Connect each leg to the central hub of the base, ensuring they are securely fitted.

Step 2: Attach Casters to Base Legs

Insert the 5 casters (10049025) into the designated holes at the end of each base leg. Ensure each caster is fully seated.

Step 3: Secure Base Legs to Hub

Using the Allen key (124345) and 5 screws (122898), attach the five base legs to the central hub. Tighten the screws securely.

Step 4: Attach Seat Mechanism to Seat Cushion

Position the seat mechanism onto the underside of the seat cushion. Align the holes and secure it using 4 screws (122900) and the Allen key (124345). Ensure the mechanism is correctly oriented and the screws are tightened.

Step 5: Install Gas Lift Cylinder

Insert the gas lift cylinder (1x) into the center opening of the chair base.

Step 6: Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift

Carefully place the seat assembly (with the mechanism attached) onto the top of the gas lift cylinder. Press down firmly on the seat to secure the connection.

Step 7: Attach Armrests

Align each armrest with the mounting points on the sides of the seat. Secure each armrest using 4 screws (122899) and the Allen key (124345). Ensure screws are tightened correctly.

Step 8: Attach Back Support Frame

Align the back support frame with the mounting points on the seat mechanism. Secure it using 2 screws (122899) and the Allen key (124345). Ensure screws are tightened correctly.

Step 9: Final Tightening

Using the Allen key (124345), go back and ensure all screws used in the assembly (including those for armrests and back support) are securely tightened.

Chair Adjustments

Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height: Lift the lever located beneath the seat. Move the seat up or down to your desired height. Release the lever to lock the seat in place.

Tilt Tension Adjustment

To adjust the tilt tension: Locate the knob beneath the seat. Turn the knob clockwise (+) to increase the tilt tension (making it harder to recline) or counter-clockwise (-) to decrease the tilt tension (making it easier to recline).
