Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Casters
Insert four casters (part numbers 10098488, 10098490) into the sockets at the end of each leg of the chair base. Ensure they click into place. ⚠️ Be careful to insert them correctly.
Step 2: Attach Central Gas Lift Column
Place the chair base upright. Insert the central gas lift column into the center of the base. Secure the column using two screws (part 152545), four washers (part 100843), and the hex key (part 124345). The diagram shows the correct orientation for the screws and washers.
Step 3: Attach Armrests to Seat Mechanism
Place the seat upside down. Attach the left and right armrests to the underside of the seat mechanism using six screws (part 10042706) and the hex key (part 124345).
Step 4: Attach Seat Assembly to Central Column
Flip the base and column assembly upright. Place the seat assembly (with armrests attached) onto the top of the central gas lift column. Align the seat mechanism with the column.
Step 5: Secure Seat Assembly
Locate the adjustment lever/knob on the seat mechanism. Turn the knob to secure the seat assembly to the central column. The diagram shows a hand adjusting the knob and an arrow indicating tightening.
Step 6: Attach Backrest Support Bracket
Attach the backrest support bracket to the seat mechanism using four screws (part 105103) and the hex key (part 100092).
Step 7: Attach Backrest to Support
Align the backrest with the support bracket. Insert the backrest and secure it by turning the adjustment knobs. The diagrams show hands turning knobs to lock the backrest in place.
Step 8: Attach Headrest Support
Attach the headrest support to the top of the backrest. Insert the plastic clip (part 10091633) to secure it. It should "Click!". ▶️
Step 9: Final Assembly
The chair is now assembled.
Adjustments and Usage
Posture Guidance
The chair is designed for proper ergonomic support. Ensure you are sitting correctly. ❌ Avoid slouching or improper posture.
Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height, locate the adjustment lever/knob. Lift the lever and apply your weight to lower the seat, or release the lever to allow the seat to rise. The diagrams show a hand operating the lever and arrows indicating movement. Height markings of 135cm and 145cm are indicated on the column.
Tilt Adjustment
The backrest can be tilted. Locate the tilt adjustment knobs. Turn the knobs to lock or unlock the tilt function. ? indicates locked, ? indicates unlocked. The diagrams show hands turning knobs and arrows indicating the range of motion for tilting.
