Diagrams and Indicators
System Diagram Description
A diagram illustrating the system architecture. It shows a "Micro Inverter Array" connected via a "Modem" and "Wi-Fi Router" to an "Ali Could Server". The "Ali Could Server" then connects to a "Monitor System" and potentially a "Meter". The "Power Grid" is also shown as a connection point.
Connector and Cable Core Description
Shows the wire end connector for the micro inverter. It details three wires: a yellow and green wire (4mm²) for Ground (G), a blue wire (4mm²) for Neutral (N), and a brown wire (4mm²) for Live (L).
LED Indicator Function of Micro Inverter
- 1. Red light keeps on: The equipment enters the preparatory working state.
- 2. Red light flashes: The device enters the delayed start-up state.
- 3. Blue light flashes quickly: MPPT maximum power point search status.
- 4. Blue light keeps on: MPPT maximum power point locked state.
- 5. Blue light turns to red light for a long time: Indicates protection or fault states, including: a) Island protection; b) Frequency protection; c) Fault; d) Software shutdown; e) AC voltage over-voltage protection; f) DC voltage over-voltage protection.
Normal Working Indicator Flashing Process
Connect the micro-inverter correctly to the AC and DC terminals and then power on:
- The red light keeps on for 3 seconds.
- Then the red light flashes for 30 seconds.
- Followed by the blue light flashing quickly (MPPT maximum power point search).
- Finally, the blue light keeps on (MPPT lock).
Cloud Intelligence APP Setup Guide
Download the APP
Please use the QR code to scan and install the "Cloud Intelligence" client application. System version: Android 5.0, iOS 9 and above.
Available on the App Store and Google Play.
1. Add Device
Open the "Cloud Intelligence" APP, log in to your account, and click the "+" icon in the upper right corner to start adding a device. If a device has already been created under your account, you can click on the device icon to enter its details page for query or operation.
2. Entry Equipment
When the smart APP enters the QR code scanning state, scan the QR code label at the bottom of the Modem. The APP will automatically collect the Modem's body code and jump to the Wi-Fi connection page. Enter your Wi-Fi name and password, then click "Next".
- a) Connect the two communication antennas on the collector (Modem) as required.
- b) Place the collector in an appropriate location to ensure a stable Wi-Fi signal and good communication distance with the inverter.
- c) The connected Wi-Fi network must be in 2.4G communication mode.
- d) Please reset the collector for the first use.
Resetting the Modem
Press and hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds. The "Reday" indicator will go out and light up again after 5 seconds. Release the button at this time, and the device will complete the reset.
3. Distribution Network
Connect the Modem to the power supply as required. Quickly press the "Reset" button. When the "Reday" indicator changes from a solid light to a fast flashing state, the Modem enters the network distribution state.
4. Initialization
After completing the network configuration of the modem, return to the phone's device initialization page. Check the "I have completed the above operations" box and click the "Start connection" button. The page will jump to the signal search page, and the Link indicator light on the modem will become a fast flashing state. When a Wi-Fi signal is found, the indicator light will flash slowly until network configuration is completed, and the indicator light will return to a steady state. The page will then jump to the completion page; please click "Finish".
5. Add Inverter
When initialization is completed, click the "Settings" menu in the upper right corner. Find the "Inverter List" item on the settings page, click the "Edit" button, and enter the 8-digit code from the inverter to complete adding the inverter.
- 1. When adding multiple inverters, enter their codes separated by commas (e.g., 60001234,6000E312).
- 2. Each Modem can monitor up to 60 inverters simultaneously.
- 3. There are 2 lists, each capable of holding 30 inverter codes.
Smart APP Features
The Smart APP, in cooperation with Alibaba Cloud IoT, provides real-time data transmission. Through graphs and graphic displays, users can understand the operation of the power station. Users can monitor operations and adjust the output power function of the system.
