System Diagram
The system diagram illustrates the connection of the micro inverter to a Wi-Fi router, cloud server, and monitoring system. It shows the data flow from the micro inverter through Wi-Fi to the cloud server, enabling remote monitoring and control via the Cloud Intelligence APP.
Connection Components:
- Micro Inverter
- Wi-Fi Router
- Ali Cloud Server
- Monitor System (APP)
Connector and Cable Core Description:
The micro inverter uses a 3-wire connection: Neutral (N), Live (L), and Ground (G).
- Ground (G): Yellow & Green wire (4mm²)
- Neutral (N): Blue wire (4mm²)
- Live (L): Brown wire (4mm²)
Wire End Connector: A professionally customized AC bus with a T-type connector is recommended for modular branch wiring systems.
LED Indicator Function
The LED indicator on the micro inverter provides status information:
- Red light keeps on: Equipment enters the preparatory working state.
- Red light flashes: Equipment enters the delayed start-up state.
- Blue light flashes quickly: MPPT maximum power point search status.
- Blue light keeps on: MPPT maximum power point locked state.
- Blue light turns to red light for a long time: Indicates issues such as island protection, frequency protection, fault, software shutdown, AC voltage over-voltage protection, or DC voltage over-voltage protection.
Normal Working Indicator Flashing Process:
- Connect the micro-inverter correctly to AC and DC terminals and power on.
- Red light stays on for 3 seconds.
- Red light flashes for 30 seconds.
- Blue light flashes quickly (MPPT search).
- Blue light stays on (MPPT lock).
Cloud Intelligence APP Usage
-
Add Device
Download and install the "Cloud Intelligence" APP. Log in to your account and click the "+" icon to add equipment. If a device is already under your account, click the device icon to view details.
Note: Ensure the following conditions are met:
- Connect the communication antenna.
- Place the inverter in a location with good Wi-Fi signal.
- Use a 2.4G Wi-Fi network.
- Reset the inverter before first use.
-
Entry Equipment
When the APP is in QR code scanning mode, scan the QR code on the inverter. The APP will automatically collect the inverter code and navigate to the Wi-Fi connection page. Enter the Wi-Fi password and proceed.
-
Distribution Network
Connect the inverter to the power supply. Quickly press the "Reset" button. The LED indicator will flash blue and red alternately, indicating the inverter is in standby for distribution network setup.
-
Initialization
Once the inverter is in standby mode, return to the APP. Check the "I have completed the above operations" box and click "Start Connection". The LED indicator will change from flashing red/blue to solid blue when the network distribution is complete. The APP will then show a completion confirmation page.
-
Inverter Control
Access the "Settings" page within the APP to adjust output power, set timers, and enable remote start/stop functions as needed.
APP Features:
- Real-time data transmission via Alibaba Cloud IoT.
- Graphical display of power station operation.
- Monitoring and adjustment of output power.
- Data query and power curve visualization.
Remarks for Adding Multiple Inverters:
- When adding multiple inverters in English mode, separate their codes with a comma (e.g., 60001234,6000E312).
- Each modem can monitor up to 60 inverters.
- A total of 2 lists are available, with each list accommodating 30 inverter codes.
Download APP
Download the Cloud Intelligence APP from the App Store or Google Play to monitor your micro inverter system.
