Connector and Cable Core Description
Description of the connector and cable core of the micro inverter: Shows a 3-N-Neutral, 1-L-Live wire configuration. The ground wire is yellow & green (4mm²), the neutral wire is blue (4mm²), and the live wire is brown (4mm²). A note advises using a professionally customized AC bus with a T-type connector for each branch, connected hand-in-hand to form a modular micro-inverter branch wiring system.
LED Indicator Function
The LED indicator on the micro inverter provides status information:
- Red light keeps on: The equipment enters the preparatory working state.
- Red light flashes: The device enters the delayed start-up state.
- Blue light flashes quickly: MPPT maximum power point search status.
- Blue light keeps on: MPPT maximum power point locked state.
- Blue light turns to red light for a long time: Indicates one or more of the following: Island protection, Frequency protection, Fault, Software shutdown, AC voltage over-voltage protection, DC voltage over-voltage protection.
Normal Working Indicator Flashing Process
After connecting the micro-inverter correctly to the AC and DC terminals and powering on:
- The red light stays on for 3 seconds.
- The red light flashes for 30 seconds.
- The blue light flashes quickly (MPPT maximum power point search).
- The blue light stays on (MPPT lock).
Installation and Setup Guide
Step 1: Add Device
Open the "Cloud Intelligence" monitoring software APP. Log in to your account. Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner to start adding equipment. If a device is already under the account, click the device icon to view details.
Step 2: Entry Equipment
When the smart APP enters the QR code scanning state, scan the QR code label on the inverter body. The APP will automatically collect the inverter code and navigate to the Wi-Fi connection page. Enter the current Wi-Fi password and proceed.
Step 3: Distribution Network
Connect the inverter to the power supply as required. Quickly press the "Reset" button. The "LED" indicator will change to flashing blue and red alternately, indicating the inverter is in the standby state for distribution network setup.
Step 4: Initialization
When the inverter is in standby mode, return to the mobile phone APP's device operation page. Check the box indicating "I have completed the above operations" and click "Start Connection". The page will then jump to the signal search page. The LED indicator on the inverter will change from flashing red/blue to a solid blue light when the network distribution is complete. The page will automatically transition to a system completion confirmation page; click "Finish".
Step 5: Inverter Control
Click the "Settings" button in the upper right corner of the system details page. On the settings page, users can adjust the inverter's output power, set timing functions, and enable remote start/stop according to their needs.
Remarks:
- When adding multiple inverters in English mode, separate their codes with commas (e.g., 60001234, 6000E312).
- Each Modem can monitor up to 60 inverters simultaneously.
- There are two lists available, each capable of holding 30 inverter codes.
- Operate the "Clear" function with caution.
