This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions stated in this document.
10-Year Guarantee: Bathroom Furniture Series, Countertops, Mirrors, and Cabinets
Products Covered: ENHET, HAVBÄCK, ÄNGSJÖN, TÄNNFORSEN, HAGAÅN, FAXÄLVEN, BYASJÖN wash-basin base cabinet with doors, LETTAN bathroom series, TOLKEN and ÅLSKEN countertops, ALMAÅN legs, ENHET legs, LETTAN and FAXÄLVEN mirrors and mirror cabinets.
Guarantee Duration: 10 years from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.
What is Covered:
This guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship in the listed furniture and components.
What is Not Covered:
- Products stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly.
- Inappropriate use, abuse, misuse, alteration, or cleaning with wrong methods/products.
- Normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or damage from impacts or accidents.
- Use for public purposes, outdoors, or in corrosive environments.
- Consequential or incidental damages.
IKEA's Commitment:
IKEA will examine the product. If covered, IKEA will, at its sole discretion, repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. IKEA will cover repair costs, spare parts, labour, and travel for repair staff, provided the product is accessible. Replaced parts become IKEA property. If an item is no longer sold, IKEA will provide an appropriate replacement.
Installation Requirements:
Furniture must be fixed to the wall. Ensure walls can support the weight. If uncertain, contact a professional. Screws for wall fixing are not included; consult a specialized dealer for suitable systems. Follow assembly, installation, and care instructions carefully.

Products Covered: All bathroom wash-basins (including water trap) and mixer taps.
Guarantee Duration: 10 years from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required.
Additional Guarantee: A 3-year guarantee is offered for the ÅBÄCKEN mist nozzle for mixer taps.
What is Covered:
This guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship. Products are tested beyond international standards.
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or damage from impacts, accidents, or waterborne debris.
- The filter/aerator of the mixer tap (requires regular cleaning or replacement).
- Products stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly.
- Inappropriate use, abuse, misuse, alteration, or cleaning with wrong methods/products.

- Accidental damage.

- BROGRUND and VOXNAN: Shower heads, hand showers, riser rails, shower shelves.
- VALLAMOSSE: Hand shower, riser rail.
