This guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship for the specified bathroom products. IKEA products are tested well beyond relevant international standards.
What is Not Covered Under This Guarantee?

- Inappropriate use, abuse, misuse, alteration, or cleaning with wrong methods or products.
- Normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or damage caused by impacts, accidents, or waterborne debris.

Problem Resolution and Support
What Will IKEA Do to Correct the Problem?
IKEA will examine the product. If deemed covered, IKEA will, at its sole discretion, repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. IKEA will cover costs of repairs, spare parts, labour, and travel if the product is accessible without special expenditure. Replaced parts become IKEA property. If an item is no longer sold, IKEA will provide an appropriate replacement.
Installation
Specific furniture series (e.g., ENHET, HAVBÄCK) must be fixed to the wall. Ensure walls can support the furniture's weight to prevent injury or damage. If uncertain about installation, contact a professional. Wall screws are not included; consult a specialized dealer for suitable systems. Always follow assembly, installation, and care instructions carefully.
Certification
Certain countries have statutory requirements for bathroom mixer taps and shower products. IKEA's products have been approved and certified to meet relevant market demands.
