Product Description
The BRAYER BR2101BK is a household appliance designed for quickly toasting thin slices of bread (toasts).
Key Components:
- 1. Slots for bread toasting: Openings where bread slices are inserted.

Before First Use
- After transportation or storage at negative temperatures, unpack the unit and wait for 3 hours before use.
- Unpack the unit and remove all packaging materials.

- Examine the unit for damages; do not plug it in if damaged.
- Ensure the power supply voltage specifications match your mains voltage.
- Wipe the unit body with a slightly damp cloth and then dry it.
- Use the cord storage (7) on the bottom of the toaster to adjust the power cord length.
- Plug the power cord into the mains socket.
Operation
Making Toasts:
- Insert one or two slices of bread into the slots (1).
- Plug the power cord into the mains socket.
- Set the toasting level using the control knob (4).
- Press the carriage control lever (2) until it latches. The stop button illumination (3) will light up.
- When toasts are ready, the toaster will automatically switch off, and the lever (2) will return to its initial position.
- Note: Toasting level depends on bread type and slice thickness (optimal thickness not exceeding 25 mm).
Toasting Stop Button (3):
- If you need to stop toasting, press the button (3). The toaster will switch off, and the lever (2) will return to its initial position.
Defrosting Mode Button (5):
- To toast frozen bread, insert slices into slots (1). Set the toasting level, press the carriage control lever (2) until latched, then press the defrost button (5). The illumination of button (5) and stop button (3) will light up.
Reheating Mode Button (6):
- To reheat cold toast, insert toasts into slots (1). Press the carriage control lever (2) until latched, then press the reheat button (6). The illumination of button (6) and stop button (3) will light up.
Crumb Tray
- Bread crumbs accumulate in the tray (8). Clean the tray regularly.
- Switch off and unplug the toaster. Wait for it to cool down.
- Remove the crumb tray (8), clean it of crumbs, and reinstall it.
Cleaning and Care
- Before cleaning, unplug the unit and let it cool down.
- Wipe the toaster body with a slightly damp cloth, then wipe dry.
- Do not use metal brushes, abrasives, or solvents for cleaning.
- Clean the crumb tray (8) regularly.
- Attention: Do not immerse the toaster, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids to avoid electric shock.
Storage
- Clean the toaster before storing it for a long period.
- Keep the unit in a dry, cool place out of reach of children and disabled persons.
