Before First Use
After transportation or storage at negative temperatures, unpack the unit and wait for at least 3 hours before use.
- Unpack the unit and remove all packaging materials.
- Keep the original packaging.
- Read safety measures and operating recommendations.
- Check the delivery set.
- Examine the unit for any damage; do not plug it in if damaged.
- Verify that the unit's power supply voltage specifications match your mains voltage.
Using the Mixer
ATTENTION! Continuous operation time should not exceed 5 minutes. Allow at least a 20-minute break between operation cycles.
Dough Hooks (1)
Use the hooks (1) for kneading yeasted dough, mixing minced meat, etc. Insert dough hooks (1) into the corresponding installation openings (3).
Beaters (2)
Use the beaters (2) for beating cream and egg white, making biscuit dough, puddings, cocktails, cream, mayonnaise, puree, sauces, and for mixing liquid products. Beaters (2) can be installed in any installation openings (3).
Operation Steps:
- Ensure the operation mode switch (5) is set to position '0' and the power plug is disconnected from the mains socket.
- Insert the dough hooks (1) or beaters (2) into the corresponding installation sockets (3) until they click. Both attachments must be securely fixed.
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
- Immerse the attachments into the bowl with ingredients.
- Switch the mixer on using the operation mode switch (5) and select the desired speed (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
- Speed guide:
- '0': Mixer is off.
- '1': Optimal for mixing dry and granular products (e.g., flour).
- '2': Optimal for mixing liquids and salad dressings.
- '3': Optimal for making cakes or cookie dough.
- '4': Optimal for beating cream and making desserts.
- '5': Optimal for beating eggs, crème, making sugar frosting, cocktails, potato mash, etc.
- Pressing and holding the button (4) will operate the mixer at maximum speed.
- Do not block ventilation openings during operation to prevent motor overheating.
- After use, set the operation mode switch (5) to '0' and unplug the unit.
- To remove attachments, hold the hooks (1) or beaters (2), press the release button (6). Attachments can only be removed when the switch (5) is at '0'.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Switch off the unit and unplug the power cord.
- Remove attachments by holding them and pressing the release button (6).
- Wash attachments (1 or 2) with warm water and neutral detergent, then dry them.
- Clean the mixer body (7) with a soft, slightly damp cloth and wipe dry. Prevent water from entering the mixer body.
- Do not immerse the mixer body (7), power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Do not use metal sponges, abrasive cleaners, or solvents for cleaning.
Storage
- Clean the unit before storing.
- Do not wind the power cord around the mixer body.
- Store the unit in a dry, cool place, out of reach of children and disabled persons.
