Q: Still fail to add device after re-scanning?
A: Restart the device or power it off and try again.
Q: The device cannot preview?
A: Check for weak Wi-Fi signal. Move the camera closer to the router. If issues persist, reset the device and add it again.
Q: Why is the device still on the list after resetting?
A: Resetting the camera only affects network configuration. You must log in to the App to delete the camera from the list.
Q: How to connect the camera to another router?
A: Log in to the App, delete and reset the device, then configure it again through the App.
Q: Why the device cannot identify SD card?
A: Insert/remove the SD card after powering off the device. Ensure the SD card is functional and formatted as FAT32. An unstable network may cause the "could not find SD card" message.
Q: The device is online with an alarm event, but the mobile phone cannot receive information?
A: Confirm that App notifications are enabled in your mobile phone's settings. Alarms typically appear in the notification bar. Ensure notification sounds or vibrations are set. You will not receive alarms when actively viewing live video, as the system assumes you are focused on the monitoring.
