Troubleshooting Guide
Q: Fail to add device during net-pairing?
A: Ensure the mobile phone and device are connected to a 2.4GHz router. Verify the correct Wi-Fi password is entered.
Q: Still fail to add device after re-scanning?
A: Restart the device or power it off, then try again.
Q: The device cannot preview?
A: Check for weak Wi-Fi signal. Place the camera closer to the router. If issues persist, reset the device and add it again.
Q: Why the device is still on the list after resetting the device?
A: Resetting the device only restores network configuration, not the App configuration. You must log in to the App to delete the camera from the list.
Q: How to connect the camera to another router?
A: Log in to the App, delete and reset the device, then configure it again through the App.
Q: Why the device cannot identify SD card?
A: It is recommended to insert/remove the SD card after powering off the device. Check if the SD card is functional and formatted as FAT32. The App may show "could not find SD card" due to unstable network conditions.
Q: The device is online and has an alarm event, but the mobile phone cannot receive the information?
A: Confirm that the App is allowed to send notifications in your mobile phone's settings. Normally, an alert appears in the notification bar. Ensure notification sounds or vibrations are enabled on your phone. When viewing live video in the App, alarm notifications are typically suppressed as the user is actively monitoring.
