Before using this product, read the Quick Guide carefully and save it for future reference.
1. Features

LED Indicator Status:
- The LED flashes blue and the device is waiting to start pairing.
- The LED is red and the charging indicator.
2. Charge the battery
Recommended charging time: 6-12 hours. Use the 1A universal Type-C interface for charging (via the doorbell USB port).
Please fully charge the 800mAh battery before use. The battery can be used for 2-3 months during normal standby use.
Note:
- If the doorbell is used too many times a day, it will consume a lot of battery power; please charge the battery in time. When you ring the doorbell, the battery drains power.
- Press the reset button on the back of the device to restore all the settings of the device, and the APP will automatically remove the device.
3. Set up your Doorbell
Steps 1
Download and install the Tuya Smart App. Scan the QR code below or search for Tuya on the App Store or Google Play. Download and install the app.

Open Tuya Smart, register your email or phone number, and log in to your account.
Steps 3
To add your doorbell, select "+" in the top right corner of the home page. Then select "Smart Camera".

Note: If the device is not automatically searched, please click "Turn on Bluetooth" and set "Allow device permissions near this application".
Access permission management, enable WLAN, Bluetooth, and nearby devices, and select "Always Allow".
Steps 4
After adding a doorbell, enter your 2.4GHz wireless network account and password and click "Next". When connecting, keep your router, mobile phone, and doorbell as close as possible. After adding a doorbell, click "Finish".

Note:
- If the connection is not successful, please reset the device and reconnect.
- If the connection timeout, please check whether the power is too low. If it is too low, please charge the device in time and then connect.
Steps 5
Fully charge the device and install it within the stable and effective range of WiFi signal. The smart doorbell host is successfully added.
Note:
Be sure to turn on push notifications on your phone.
- Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Turn on.
- A list of applications that support push notifications will appear.
- Tap the Tuya Smart App and enable notifications.
4. Doorbell and ding Dong matching
Connect the video doorbell to the wireless indoor ding-dong and get an instant alert in your home when someone rings the doorbell. When you are at home, you don't need to check your video doorbell app to hear the doorbell ringtone! Indoor Ding-Dong can be plugged into any wall outlet, or you can place it anywhere in your home.
Note:
Video doorbells are only compatible with Tuya wireless doorbells, not with any other traditional doorbells. A wireless buzzer is optional. If the wireless buzzer is not installed.

Installation steps
Set your wireless indoor ding-dong with video doorbells
Steps 1
Before setting up the process, make sure your video doorbell is connected to your phone and plug in your wireless indoor ding-dong. Long press the ding-dong machine pairing key for 3 seconds and press the doorbell key shortly to pair as shown below.

Press the middle button to adjust the ringtone volume.
Steps 3
Press the bottom button to loop through 52 different ringtones and select one ringtone.

Press the doorbell call button.

Press the call button again and the ringtone will automatically play the ringtone of your choice.

Install your Doorbell
Mark drill holes and use a bit to drill holes in your wall. Insert anchors and secure your doorbell with mounting and security screws.

Note:
Check out the live preview to find the best height to install the doorbell. We recommend not to fall below shoulder height.
6. Frequently asked questions
Question: How do I reset the doorbell?
Answer: Press and hold the reset button for 6 seconds.
Question: How do I share a video doorbell with my family?
Answer: 1. Click on the doorbell from the home page to view the live broadcast. 2. Tap the settings icon in the upper right corner. 3. Select "Shared Devices". 4. "Add Sharing" and enter the name of the account you want to share or follow the instructions in the app to set up your family.
Question: How many users can watch videos at the same time?
Answer: Up to 4 users can view the video feed. Both iOS and Android are compatible.
Question: Does 5G wireless network support?
Answer: Not supported. Only support 2.4G wireless network.
Problem: My doorbell signal is not good.
Answer: Your doorbell may be too far away from the wireless router, or there may be some obstruction between your doorbells that will reduce the signal strength. You can try relocating the router or installing a signal extender/repeater for the wireless router.
Question: Is this device battery-only powered?
Answer: Yes. It is only battery powered. No wires are required.
Question: Can I use Tuya Smart Life Software to ring the doorbell?
Answer: Yes, you can use Tuya Smart at the same time.
