Product Overview

The ACTIVESHOP iWax Trio 120W is designed for heating wax in rolls, facilitating hair removal treatments. It features a triple heating unit for efficient operation.

Usage Instructions

1. Insert wax into the container and place the lid.
2. Connect the device and turn on the heating base using the 0/I button. For the TRIO 120W model, each heating element turns on individually.
3. Average wax melting time is approximately 30 minutes, depending on the wax type.
4. Once the wax has melted, turn off the heating base with the 0/I button.
5. Before applying wax to the skin, ensure it is not too hot to avoid burns.
6. Apply wax to the skin with a spatula in the direction of hair growth.
7. Apply hair removal paper onto the waxed area.
8. Pull the hair removal paper in the opposite direction of hair growth.
9. Remove any wax residue with oil or olive oil.
10. After completing the treatment, turn off the heating base and the device using the 0/I button.

Cleaning the Device

• Do not use solvents or strong cleaning agents.
• Always unplug the device from the power outlet before cleaning.
• Do not immerse the device in water.
• Do not use sharp objects for cleaning.
• Special liquid can be used to remove wax residue.

Safety Precautions

• Do not disassemble or attempt to use the device for purposes other than those stated in this manual. All maintenance and repairs should be performed only by an authorized service technician (ACTIVESHOP Ltd.).
• Do not install or use the device near liquids, in wet areas, or with wet hands to prevent liquids from entering the device.
• In case of liquid ingress, strange odors, smoke, unusual sounds, damaged power cable, or if the device is overturned or its casing is damaged, immediately unplug the device and contact an authorized ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o. service center.
• Do not place objects on the cables. Do not position the device in a way that the power cable can be stepped on.
• For safety, unplug the power cable from the outlet after each use.
• Do not insert any objects into the device's openings. If a foreign object enters an opening, unplug the cable and contact the distributor or manufacturer.
• Do not place the device on unstable trolleys, shelves, or vehicles, as it may be damaged if it falls.
• To ensure the device's lifespan, it is recommended to wait one minute before pressing the power button again (between switching on and off).
• The power adapter must comply with the specifications on the rating plate to avoid malfunction, damage, or fire.
• In case of damage to the power cable or other malfunctions, contact an authorized service center to avoid potential hazards.
• This device can be used by children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if supervised or instructed on safe use and understanding the associated risks.
• The equipment is not intended for play by children. Do not allow children to play with the device.
• Do not leave the device unattended when children or individuals with insufficient knowledge of its use are nearby.
• This electrical appliance is not a toy. Improper use or contact with this electrical appliance can pose health risks or cause death; keep it out of reach of children.

Disposal of the Device

Dispose of used electrical appliances, wiring, and packaging at environmentally friendly recycling centers. Electrical appliances must not be disposed of in household waste bins. Follow the regulations for the disposal of such equipment. To protect the environment in accordance with Directive 2012/19/ES on waste electrical and electronic equipment, used electrical appliances must be collected separately and handed over at collection points for waste electronic and electrical equipment. Old appliances containing fully recyclable components should be sent for recycling at the end of their lifespan. Therefore, they should be handed over at appropriate collection points and to ACTIVESHOP Ltd.

Storage and Transport

The unit can be transported at temperatures between (-) 20°C and (+) 50°C only in its original packaging. The unit must be stored in a well-ventilated area with a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Operating temperature is from (+) 10°C to (+) 40°C. During storage and transport, the device must not be thrown, dropped, or exposed to mechanical shocks or atmospheric factors.
